I'm using GraphAPI to access site pages published in Sharepoint sites. Normally, the innerHtml field contains the html I am looking for. However, there are some pages that have their headers collapsed by default. In this case, only the content of the sections are returned, but the headers themselves are not returned as part of the innerHtml or otherwise. Is this an issue with GraphAPI, or is there another way to return the headers? The call is (using the Pages API, which I am aware is in beta): GET https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/sites/<site_id>/pages/<page_id>/microsoft.graph.sitePage?expand=webParts661Views0likes1CommentFound a bug in the quicklinks webpart (SPO modern)

Hi all I am just wondering if there is anyone out there that has a good way to track when Intranet content needs to be updated or hasn't been updated in a while and should be checked. I have an intranet that has about 15 site collections and I am struggling with how to keep track of the changes that need to be made, have been made or need to be reviewed and I feel like I am not searching the right things because I can't find anything that is like what I am looking for. Ideally, I would love to have a list of all the pages and when they were last updated, who owns them, and have a flow that reminds people to update their page every quarter or something and also alerts me as the Intranet manager when things haven't been updated. Probably would also like a way for things to be added to this page list. Does anyone have any ideas?945Views0likes0CommentsBackground image on page template not showing in new webpart
We have the following page template. Once we post the page, the image looks like this in the News web part. Image shows up fine when we view the post in a new window. We have tried opening up the image in a new tab and refreshing and then refreshing the post. This solution no longer works.6.9KViews0likes15CommentsDashboard with Excel file displayed on Sharepoint online page without interaction
Hello everybody, maybe it's a silly question but I'm unable to find a solution to my problem. Issue: create a site on sharepoint online which displays Excel file and refresh on schedule - without any interaction The file is supposed to be viewed on a TV in a browser and the file is going to be updated regularly I've created a page and displayed Excel file - but after site refresh I need to hoover mouse over it, otherwise its blank embeded code to area inside the excel file requires same interaction I know that in the past (in old site editing interface) it was possible to add a script to a page, however I managed to find this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/where-are-the-content-editor-and-script-editor-web-parts-in-sharepoint-ed6cc9ce-8b2a-480c-a655-1b9d7615cdbd So the old way is no longer possible. Can anyone think of a solution?1.5KViews1like2CommentsContents section within a page
I would like to create a contents section or index within an individual Sharepoint page. E.g. on Wikipedia, a contents box is automatically generated and arranged based on the sections and nested content within the page. I would have expected this to be available as a web part but the only way round seems to be to: 1) Ensure that there is a Heading 1, 2 or 3 for each individual section I want indexed. This automatically generates a hyperlink for that section. 2) Manually creating a list of the sections and mannually creating the hyperlink to each section. Clearly this is a set of additional steps, not suitable for more than 20-30 items, and doesn't update if a section is added or modified. I initially tried Collapsible sections, which is inappropriate as it doesn't allow searching within the page for collapsed content, and the section titles do not appear in the immersive reader. Because of this accessibility gap, our org policy is not to use Collapsible sections. In theory it could be possible to create a list for this scenario, but I still don't know if that could be indexed in this way, and means that I cannot adequately arrange the content in each section as I want. A flow could also be an option, but I would imaging would be even more complex. Are there any other workarounds for this, or better ways to manage long lists of content?983Views1like0CommentsSite Pages showing as Page Template - Cannot publish major version
Does anyone know the fix for this weird bug. A bunch of our site pages in Modern SharePoint started showing "This is a page template saved on your site.https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2007350." green bar at the top of the site page even though they are not templates, they cannot be found in the templates folder and be used as a template. It just started a recently. All of these pages didn't have that issue before and it affects multiple other site collections. We have no idea how to fix it and Microsoft Premium support has been unhelpful so far. We didn't change any configuration, when creating a new page it creates it correctly, It seems to only affect existing pages (even from 2 years ago) . This is an issue because we can't publish a major version because it only lets us save it as a template. (ie. just as minor versions).1.2KViews0likes0CommentsSite Pages Library - No New Button

I have done this 5+ years ago with Wiki and can't figure out how to do this in Sharepoint. We have some process documentation we are hosting on wiki Sharepoint Style Pages. With a few of the processes for example, steps 1-4 are the same, and only the steps after differ. I want to create a sub-widget or something to house steps 1-4, that I can then call/embed on all the pages, and then just add the differing steps after in each individual page. This is better for initial creation but also future maintenance when Step 2 changes, and one update, updates it everywhere instead of having to update in multiple locations (like a mini widgetized CMS, without a CMS). Similar to what is described here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/sync-content-in-a-text-based-web-part-across/b629672c-67ff-4604-b684-fee6cf589a41 Any ideas/thoughts?2.8KViews0likes2CommentsCreating a flow to change promoted state of a page
