MS 365 Settings changed and point to the wrong email address.
The MS support person directed me to change settings in an effort to consolidate two MS 365 accounts into one. In the process my access to the Outlook files in my primary address appear as those from the legacy address. I must receive emails separately to both and be able to send email from both as was the case before I lost functionality on March 12. Over ten hours on the phone with support did not yield a solution and I have submitted subsequent support requests that have been ignored. I cannot add the second email account to Outlook and efforts to change setting in MS 365 have not been effective.
What happened to keyword searching in One Drive?
I used to be able to search by keyword inside documents stored on One Drive (signed into One Drive Live website). Now the search function only seems to find keywords in document titles - not within the document itself. Has anyone else had this issue? If this is broken or gone now it pretty much makes One Drive pointless for me.
What is the best place inside Office 365 to store MXF files which have sizes between 35-50 GB

24 hour format - Onedrive
Good afternoon. My time format in OneDrive, on the regional site is 24 hours. But the file history or file change history in OneDrive is shown in 12 hours. An example If I make a change to a file at 14:00, OneDrive shows 02:00 Here in Spain we use 24 hours as the preferred format and for our company with more than 100 employees it is important to control this well. OneDrive document scanning resolution
This was raise 6 years ago, that you cannot set the resolution and so get very large file sizes. OneDrive Scanner Resolution | Microsoft Community Hub The only solution at the time was to "hold the camera further away from the document", which whilst it works, is not a professional solution! Also as cameras are getting to 50mpx these documents are getting extremely large whilst only needing to be perhaps 150dpi.... Is there still really no solution on the timeline? 6 years!!

I recently signed up for a Microsoft 365 account with the "Microsoft 365 Business Basic" plan, where the domain name ends with "@onmicrosoft.ca" and I selected Canada as my home country. After creating this account, I was pleased to see that Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online are hosted in Canada. However, for OneDrive, the storage location is not specified.
