Answer is in the settings, you need to change who can fill this form, if you have selected Anyone, the upload function will not work for security/malware issues. Also, if you select only people from my organization, then it will start working fine. BR Hitesh Ved 8390703219248Views0likes2CommentsError with 'Upload File' field from MS Form to SP list
New to Power Automate - I have tried a few answers that I've found on here but nothing is working, please help! I have made a simple flow to collect answers from an MS form submission and create an item in a SP list. This is my flow: One of the fields on the form is 'Supporting Documents' where users can upload a link. The question type on the form is the 'Upload File' option. In my SP list, I have a column which is of the hyperlink type of column. In the 'Create Item' action, I have selected the two corresponding fields: When testing the flow, I receive an error with 'Create Item', with the error shown below: How can I populate my SP list with the link uploaded in the form, just as I can for the other answers in the form? Hi there, Im trying to create a Microsoft forms based quiz that will send results to an excel document in real time for tracking purposes. I know its possible to create a form that will do this from Onedrive, but it only gives the option to do so with a form, not a quiz. This means I can track responses but not assign a score or see individual correct and incorrect responses. Try as I might I cant find any way to automatically track quiz results. Only to manually download excel documents that show the results and dont upd1KViews0likes4CommentsIs there a way to show all OneDrive folders before a submition a Microsoft Form?
Hi, there. I have an idea that will simplify some manual processes within a company. We have a representative who uploads images to OneDrive. We've already had the folder structure in OneDrive, we are not considering changing it anyway. The OneDrive structure is the following: - Order 1 -- Image type A 1 -- Image type B 1 -- Image type C 1 - Order 2 -- Image type A 2 -- Image type B 2 -- Image type C 2 etc. The idea is to present all these folders and subfolders in the form and provide access for selecting one for the representative. That is the core step. The next step is when the representative selects the folder, he may upload up to 5 images to OneDrive. These images will go to the exact selected directory. The form should look like this: MS FORM Section1 (must) Label Name: <--- insert the order number Section2 (must) Select the OneDrive folder: <-- select folder Section3 (must) Select the image from the phone: <-- insert the image Select category radio button: <-- select category Section 4 -- 7 are the duplicates of Section 3 and they are optional/ When a form is submitted, each image must be renamed according to the made UI elements selection in the past. (For example, the representative put the order number on the UI label as "12345". And he selected one of the options from the radio button list, "apple", "banana", "orange" or another "{name}". The images' names must be the following: - Image 1 has the name "order12345 -- banana". - Image 2 has the name "order12345 -- apple". - Image 3 has the name "order12345 -- potato" (another option was selected). All these images go to the right folder in OneDrive after submission of the form path: OneDrive/order12345/image_grocery (grocery is a category, we may have cleaning, bakery etc.) images: three images will be uploaded to the path and keep the right naming based on the past selection OR Is there a way to pop up a form when the representative uses the OneDrive mobile app before uploading images to rename them? I am trying to generate responses from Microsoft Forms to a SharePoint list, which includes attachments. I have created the list on SharePoint with the appropriate columns to match the types of responses on my form. I have edited the view of my list and made sure the Attachments column is displayed. I have created a Power Automate flow to do this, with the 'Record form responses in SharePoint' Template. When a response is submitted, the attachment files are saved onto my OneDrive. I am having issues uploading documents and other attachments to SharePoint. I have followed this tutorial ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-hiDOPAG-4 ) up to 13.33 but my flow fails and does not record the responses (attachments and other responses) in SharePoint. How do I enable the attachment a user provides in my form to add to my Sharepoint using my flow? Hello all, I'm hoping this question makes sense. Our construction company has a process for setting up a new project which is currently: Project Manager fills out Excel based form stored on our local server>emails document to A/R>A/R sets up job in ERP system and emails PM that setup is complete. As we are now more mobile based, access to the local server isn't always a given, and the forms are not always filled out completely or accurately even when the PM is in front of his/her computer! I have designed a form that captures all the required information in MS Forms, but I would like it to be something that every PM can have on their tablet or phone, can fill out on the fly, and when they hit submit it will send those answers to the A/R department. This would then need to be repeated every time a PM needs to start a new job. Is MS Forms the correct way to go about this? If so, how would I set it up to work the way I want it to, where a submission will go directly to A/R for processing the information. Thanks in advance, and I hope this makes sense!Solved1.8KViews0likes4CommentsTutorial: Where Are MS Form Attachments Stored Explained
This Microsoft Forms tutorial will demonstrate where are MS Form attachments stored. Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't easily use Tidy the ms forms file upload location directly on the MS Forms user interface. The answer is that MS form attachments are stored in Microsoft Onedrive of the author of the form. This MS form tutorial also outlines an important note about sharing access to the Microsoft Form attachments. Check it out here!33KViews0likes0Comments
