Allow transparent background color of the top navigation bar in Office 365
It is not possible to put the transparent background color in the office 365 bar when a background image is selected. When putting the background color in hexadecimal format, there is a server validation that does not allow to indicate the color format with transparency
Skype for Business not Launching (SOLVED)
Dear All, After a migration from Lync,Exchange to Office365 we have 1 user that is unable to connect not even launch Skype for Business. The environment is Server2008R2,Citrix Xenapp 6.5,appsense based using thin clients , Office365 uses OKTA as authenticator, the user profile is mandatory (spoofed + folder redirection) and is removed after logoff (so a clean user profile at each logon) The user can use Outlook locally and connect to OWA + use the Skype online , Office2016 is connected to the account. The problem is when the client is launched , the splash screen appears .. and that is it , in the event log the following is seen. --- Faulting application name: lync.exe, version: 16.0.8201.2193, time stamp: 0x59b28539 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.24308, time stamp: 0x5be85cc7 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0004ebab Faulting process id: 0x6f24 Faulting application start time: 0x01d4cf4f310f4f80 Faulting application path: C:,Program Files (x86),Microsoft Office,root,Office16,lync.exe Faulting module path: C:,windows,SysWOW64,ntdll.dll --- Some things that can be ruled out are local problems with the installation , the user is having this issue on all 25 servers and 250+ other users do not have any issue , to make it even more challenging we had her try to use Skype on a laptop , same issue! We compared the AD account+attributes with some of her colleagues and we do not see any difference (exept she has a SIDhistory object) , also we cleared the appsense profile and all redirected + cached folder making this a fresh logged on user. Anyone has some ideas what can cause this problem?
Do Not Send ActiveSync Quarantine Messages to End Users
Is it possible to completely drop or block these emails from being sent to end users? We are getting ready to implement a Quarantine for all devices policy and do not want these emails sent to end users since their ActiveSync allowed devices will be enabled by Workspace One integration. Your device is temporarily blocked from accessing content via Exchange ActiveSync because the device has been quarantined. You don't need to take any action. Content will automatically be downloaded as soon as access is granted by your administrator.
Office 365 Public CDN really anonymous accessible?
Hi everyone, I'm a bit confused with the Public CDN option. For my understanding if you setup a public cdn all the files that are allowed (IncludeFileExtensions CSS,EOT,GIF,ICO,JPEG,JPG,JS,MAP,PNG,SVG,TTF,WOFF) are accessible anonymous. This is also what is documented under https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/use-office-365-cdn-with-spo I have setup the public cdn for a custom library and uploaded a jpg file. I can see from developer tools the file is loaded via https://publiccdn.sharepointonline.com/<mytenant>/sites/SiteCollection/cdntest/myfile.jpg?width=1600 if I browse the url while I'm authenticated it opens the file. If I browse the file while I'm not authenticated it shows an access denied. My question is, are these files really accessible via Internet if I have the url? or what is definition of anonymous? kind regards
