Mailing responders with a link to their reponse BY DEFAULT.
I have a need to send the hyperlink of the response to the responder. Whilst there is a tick box for them to manually tick to receive such an email. I need this to be mandatory as the link is to be copied and posted onto our CRM. The link certainly exists as it works fine when the box is ticked by the respondent but when they fail to do so it is a pain as the only people able to access the response are the form owners. I would use Power Automate but the link is not available in there to add to the email and as it uses a response token that we don't get to view I can't construct the url dynamically. Is there any way around this?
Collaborating on a portion of a form
Hello, I am using Forms to create an email marketing intake form for different types of emails. I'm using "branching" to essentially create different tracks of questions for 4 different types of campaigns. The answer the fist question will direct which "track" you go down and will direct to you the email type's section, but technically all within the same main form. I will be collaborating with an external partner on three of the four types of campaigns. I'd like for the external partner to be alerted to submissions for three of the four types of campaigns. Are there advanced settings for submission alerts? Or will this not work since technically everything is in one form, just with multiple sections?
Not getting emails from Forms when created with Onedrive for Business?
Why am I not getting email notifications to say responses have been submitted? I created the form through onedrive for business and the email box is checked in the settings. The form also doesn't appear in the forms app! I have to reopen it from the original sharing link?! When I created a form directly through Forms, i was getting the emails, but I wasn't getting a live linked excel spreadsheet. I need both the email notifications of responses, and the live excel sheet! Whats going wrong?
Please add support for shared mailbox notifications!
I wish Microsoft would support an out-of-the-box method to redirect Forms notification emails to a specific email account. I know how to do this with PowerAutomate, but non-technical teams can't build and maintain these solutions themselves, and they end up turning back to Word forms or competing products like Formstack. It seems relatively simple to add an override in the Forms settings to "deliver responses here". Any ideas why this isn't a feature?Creating a Form that sends completion notification and results to individuals named within the form.
Hello, I want to create a survey using Microsoft Forms and have the notification and result of a completed form go to a specific individual named/selected from a field within the form itself. Example: A particular field on the form would ask the submitter to name or select their manager. At the completion of the survey and once the form is completed, the completion notification and result of the survey would be emailed to the individual named/selected as the person’s manager. Is this possible?
