Microsoft has partnered with Goodstack, a third-party validation supplier, to verify the eligibility of nonprofit organizations, public libraries, and public museums. ââ Eligibility criteria. The eligibility validation process is based on criteria provided by Microsoft and uses publicly available and locally relevant information, along with the details you submit during registration. Review eligibility criteria. â Eligibility validation process. Goodstack will compare this information against Microsoftâs nonprofit eligibility requirements.
