Outlook OWA search doesn't display message content
Hi, I have strange situation with searching in OWA - user can search the message, but when he open e-mail get an information "Message can't be displayed right now, check internet connection and try later". Problem only happens when user searches emails on shared mailboxes (on his own mailbox everything is fine). Already checked different web browsers and even computers. Removed and re-assign user right to shared mailbox too. When I turned Conversation display mode off on shared mailbox user can search and open e-mail, but this is not a solution in this case. As far as I know this is unique user with this kind of issue with OWA o365 in my organization. Had anyone similar issue and know solution ?
Feature Request: Allow custom domain providers other then GoDaddy for personal accounts.
Could Microsoft 365 Personal/Family please allow the use of third party domain providers other then GoDaddy? Outlook's Email formatting and MS365's features are above other providers, and I hate to pay extra for another service just for custom email addresses and domains. Thanks!
In Outlook online Attaching a file from Sharepoint fails
Hi All, I wonder someone could help to resolve the following issue in Online version of Office 365 Outlook. This happens when my client logs in to his company Office 365 account. All he wants to do is attach a document from SharePoint drive. He opens the Outlook in Office 365 Opens new email Clicks 'Attach' and selects ‘Browse cloud locations’ On the left he chooses ‘Groups’ The SharePoint share shows on the right Clicks on the SharePoint share The program flicks back to the New message dialog box. Then on he can't click 'Attach' and select attachment options any more. It is as if Outlook partially crashed. He has to go out of Outlook and reopen it to get going again. But he can access SharePoint files through Word or Excel without an issue. The above procedure works fine for my company domain and I can select and attach files in Outlook without an issue. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Office365 mail service always guaranteed
Hi all, I saw the there are services that allows you to have the possibility to send/receive your emails (we have Office365), even if the mail provider has downtimes (for example one of these services is named "MIMECAST email management). We have two offices, one in Italy and the other in UK, connected in VPN, and I was wondering: if my O365 mailbox is unavailable in Italy (due to some fails on MS servers in italy), could I reach it anyway going via UK (then without using that mimecast service)? thanks
Multiple email addresses
Hi. I have multiple domains with multiple email addresses. One domain is hosted on 365 already and the others are on IMAP servers but I would like to consolidate onto 365. I need to be able to reply to emails using the name to which they were originally sent (not a master address). I need access both on PC and via mobile apps. I have tried numerous configurations, which don't deliver. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks, MikeOutlook is sending duplicated mails
Hello dear Microsoft Community I've got following problem: With one of our clients there is an issue with Outlook/Mailing The mailbox is IMAP If he sends Mails to someone they'll recieve the sent message, for like 20 times. the only suspicous thing is, that we can see 3 duplicates of that mail in the 'sent' folder. but regardless it was recieved alot more than 3 times, either way. Do you have an idea ? I already updatet Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office 365 made a new profile checked for Add-Ins or antivirus applications I also looked it up on our firewall we also checked the log on the mailserver greetings and im looking forward to recieve some help from YOU
