Delete default "all company"
Hi! In my company we created a new "all" community in Viva Engage. We deleted the default "all company" but, on the client and web apps, it still appears in the "my communities" section. If you click it, it says the community has been deleted. Is there a way to make deleted communties disappear from "my communities" section? Thank you
Scoped search not available in Teams client
Hi all! New here, first post. According to https://www.microsoft.com/sv-se/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=148669 scoped search in the Teams client should be up and running. However, we can't see it. Or rather, we saw it for a couple of days back in October (?) but then it disappeared. We can see and use it in Teams on the web, but it would be so much better and easier for us if we could use it in the client. Is there a setting we're missing? Or is it a bug? Can anyone here confirm that they can use scoped search in the Teams client? We have a home site set up in Viva Connections that we want to be able to search through the search box in Teams. Issues integration viva connections in Ms Teams
Hello all, We're currently experiencing an issue in SharePoint online used through Viva connections in Teams. The issue is visible in both the desktop as web application. When we open sites via Viva connections we're able to see content and documents on pages but when we use the horizontal navigation bar to navigate to certain folders we're seeing a blank screen in Teams in the desktop and browser. In SharePoint online we don't see this issue. I have been having a bunch of issues with viva tool simply not working the way they say they should. Right now I am focusing on the viva engage issues. So basically, when we have leaders make an announcement. Viva engage shows a number of people will get the announcement, and which you click change settings, it shows teams, and email is setup as notifications. But when the post is sent. No one is getting a notification is teams or email. They don't even get a notification in viva engage. This seems very strange behavior, I am wondering if i am missing a setting somewhere but i have looked everywhere i can think and not seen anything. I was hoping the community might have some ideas.
Viva connections icon change in Teams mobile app shows blank square
Hello, Last week we setup our SPO intranet site as a home site set as the default experience in Viva Connections in MS Teams. Whilst this works well in the desktop app, when using the Teams mobile app a custom icon we've deployed, doesn't show and instead just shows this blank square as highlighted below: Is this happening because the teams mobile app doesn't support custom icons? or have we missed something in the Viva Connections configuration to get the custom icon deployed correctly to the teams mobile app? Thanks!
