I have trouble with phone number and Microsoft Authentication when login. Where can I find support?
Hello, Currently, I am unable to log in to my email address removed for privacy reasons account. I have the password. I have a backup email address, but when I try to log in, at the authentication step, I don't have the option to receive the OTP code via email. I can only choose to have it sent to my phone number or the Microsoft Authentication app. But when I tried sending it to the phone number, I got the following error: Error Code: 399287 Request Id: 4d13566b-7aa4-4b3f-a03b-0c9416841000 Correlation Id: 019f785d-514f-7eaa-b1a3-ee66302634ae Timestamp: 2026-07-19T03:13:40Z Also, I can't access the Microsoft Authentication app because I've changed devices multiple times. I couldn't find the support form, so I replied to this email. With the admin account password and backup email, how can I log into the admin panel? Sincerely, Thang
Sign in to Azure DevOps
The https://dev.azure.com URL redirects to the landing page for the Azure DevOps product. I used to promote this as an URL to use to login to the product. Since this year the page is missing the "Already have an account? Sing in to Azure DevOps" link. As far as I can see there is no way to login to Azure DevOps trough this interface now. There is the usual "sing in" in the top right, which will redirect you to the azure portal (or at least for me it does). How are we supposed to login to Azure DevOps? Old login:
Failed to enter windows
Hi everyone, After installing ubuntu, I can not get into the windows and struggle with a bios loop, and failed to repair it with iso or other startup disks. Gently ask if there is any possiblility I can repair the Windows reserving documents in C. This is incredibly frustrating, to put it mildly. Over 48 hours ago, I changed the passwords for my three email accounts. Once I made the change, I could log into Hotmail and see my emails and everything. Now, when I try to access them through my mobile phone, it says the password I'm entering is incorrect (obviously, I'm entering it correctly for each account). I also had access on my PC. Just in case, I thought, "Okay, I'll change it again," and when I try to change it through my mobile phone, it says "Not available at the moment, please try again later." I thought it was just a one-off... A while passes, I try again, and it still says the same thing. On one of the accounts, after trying several times with the code they sent me, it locked the account. They told me to wait 24 hours and it wasn't fixed. Then they told me to wait a week because after so many attempts to remove the "block" (you can check if it's blocked by entering it in the help section)... Are we crazy or what? This afternoon I spoke with Spanish support, and the woman who helped me really tried. We tried to log in and change the password through a VPN, but this time I didn't receive the code, so she opened a ticket and escalated it to a higher level, telling me to wait 3 to 5 business days. I know what that smells like: wait and then the same thing again. The real surprise was that I couldn't access my other two accounts for 48 hours, so I thought, "Okay, I'll check." I entered the password correctly, but it still said it was incorrect (even though it was correct), and I tried mobile verification, but it wasn't available... even using a VPN. I checked the status of both accounts in the help section, and they said there were no problems with them. Why am I never going to be able to access my three Hotmail accounts again? What's the solution? It doesn't matter if I use a VPN, if the account is blocked, or if it's unblocked. It's always the same. It doesn't accept the correct password -> you try to reset it -> you don't receive a code -> if you try again, it blocks you. Can someone tell me WHAT I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS ATROCITY? Because waiting is clearly pointless, since the other accounts aren't blocked and I can't log in or reset my password. Furthermore, the account I blocked for trying to access it was unblocked after 24 hours, but it was still the same until it was blocked again. The other two accounts have gone 48 hours without me trying to log in, and I'm still stuck. MICROSOFT, do you plan to offer any solution other than "waiting"? I'm sorry if my English isn't very clear, I'm Spanish and I use a translatorCopilot Sign In On Edge Browser Not Working
The sign In button on the copilot toolbar on the edge browser does not work at all. I ask it to generate an image, or I try to upload multiple files, then it pops up the sign in, but clicking the sign in doesn't work. I've tried Microsoft support and they tried some things, but they ended up referring me to here.
Windows11 remote desktop does not work with non ascii chars in username
After updating my system from Windows10 to Windows11 I am unable to login via remote desktop into another computer where the login contains a non ascii character. It always displays that provided credentials do not work despite providing the correct ones. That another computer has 2 accounts on it, where one of those contains non ascii character and the other one does not. I am only not able to login on the one with non ascii character. The other one works seamlessly. Couple years ago on that other computer I changes the username to not contain non ascii character, but unfortunately Windows lies about changing username because it only changes the displayed name. Couple weeks ago I tried to change all the registry keys which contain the username with non ascii char (while being logged on the other account), but after restart Windows always changes them back. Two questions: 1. What shell I do to be able to use RDP on Windows 11 and be able to login to a computer with non ascii char in a username? 2. Or what shell I do to force Windows10 (the other computer) to change the username to not contain the non-asci char?Windows 10: Empty blue screen upon logging in
Hello, I don't know why, but whenever my laptop with Windows 10 reboots, right after signing in, the very first thing that shows up every time, before even the desktop has the chance to show up or any program can load, is an empty blue screen. It's not the BSOD, but a screen with a blue background similar to the one that appears sometimes after Windows Update installs some updates and Windows asks you to set something up, except that this one doesn't have any text image. Two buttons are available on the bottom: "Repeat" and "Cancel". If I hit "Repeat", it seems the system tries to do something – the rotating loading circles and the words "One moment..." appear very briefly in the center of the screen, but nothing happens and the screen goes blue again with no text. I tried to do this multiple time, but nothing different happens. On the bottom of the screen there are also icons to access accessibility options ("Ease of Access") and audio volume. If you hit "Cancel", the screen disappears, I'm taken to the desktop screen, and the startup process continues normally, with programs opening, etc. Here's how this annoying screen looks: It seems harmless enough, seeing as the solution is simply to hit "Cancel" every time, but the problem is that this laptop is being used as a file server and should be as autonomous as possible, and whenever it starts up, it should be able to complete the whole sign in process unattended to be able to load programs and everything, so I would like to check if anyone has any idea what this screen is and how to get rid of it. I tried restoring Windows to a previous state (from up to 1 month ago) and it didn't solve the problem. Searching the web for similar cases also haven't gotten me anywhere, unfortunately, so any help is appreciated. Thanks, Fabio
Fetch Email of Login User Using Command or Script
Dear Team, We are working on retrieving email address of the user joined to Entra ID from Entra-joined Windows devices, specifically while running in a system context. The whoami /upn command successfully returns the joined user’s email address in a user context, but it does not work in a system context, particularly when using an elevated terminal via the psexec utility. We also tested the dsregcmd /status command; however, in a system context, the User Identity tab in the SSO State section only appears when there is an error in AzureAdPrt. Under normal, healthy operating conditions, this command does not provide the user identity or the full domain username. We would greatly appreciate guidance on how to retrieve the Entra ID joined user’s email address in a system context, especially from those with prior experience in this area. Thank you for your support.Multi-Account into the new Teams
Hi, i'm using the new teams app for University and Personal Stuff. If i log-in my first account logged is the university account and, if i want to switch it's like a new teams page is open letting ALSO the previous opened. If i go to close the previous account window, all teams service will be closed, closing also the one i want to stay opened. It is simply horrible. Please just improved the account switcher system making a true switch from account to account letting just an instance opened. Thank you!
