In Office 365 Forms, I am attempting to create an event request form. I do not appear to be able to add a question for TIME of Day. I see a template for DATE but not TIME. In Google Forms "include Time" is an option for Date Questions in the contextual sub-menu. Is there someplace to add this function perhaps that I am missing? Ultimately I would like to add a script to the form that would auto-create an Outlook Calendar event on a shared calendar at the date and time on the form submission.208KViews36likes98CommentsScroll Bar on Likert Question
Hello, My colleague and I have noticed a horizontal scroll bar appear on the Likert scale questions on MS Forms (see image). This appears to be the standard for 'Mobile' versions of MS Forms but it seems to have been applied to the 'Computer' versions of the forms as well. I have tested this on various monitor resolutions and with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome but we cannot get the horizontal scroll bar to disappear, to show all of the radio buttons available on the Likert scale question at once. Does anyone know if there is a setting available to turn these horizontal scroll bars off? Thank you!7.3KViews11likes19CommentsRemove "Simplify data collection and gain smart insights today!" after submission.
Hi, Is there any way to remove the above message from the page after submission? There's already a link at the bottom of the page "Create my own form" so we want to be able to remove the above banner as some forms are seen by people who don't have a license to create their own forms and therefore get an error when clicking it. Thanks David4.3KViews5likes15CommentsMS Forms: multi-select checkbox answers in grid questions
Is there a way in MS Forms to add a multi-select checkbox grid for survey questions? I'm aware of the existing Likert scale grid option but that only allows for selecting one response in each row. I want respondents to able to select more than one option in each row. Google Forms has this feature. If it is not available in MS Forms, how does one go about submitting feedback to have this feature added to Likert scale questions?2.1KViews3likes2CommentsDisabling Copilot in Forms not possible
Hi everyone, Not sure if this has been addressed before - I couldn’t find anything about it in this forum. Since Copilot is now integrated into Microsoft Forms, there doesn’t seem to be any option to disable it (like in Word, Excel, Powerpoint). What I find frustrating is that every time I open a previously saved form, Copilot automatically runs checks and generates recommendations—which, in my experience, aren’t particularly useful. More concerning is that this process does consume AI credits. I'm on a personal plan with 60 credits, I’d prefer to have control over how and when those are used, rather than having them spent automatically on features I didn’t explicitly choose to use. Microsoft support has confirmed that there’s currently no way to turn Copilot off in Forms. Is anyone else experiencing this, and isn't this something Microsoft should address? Thanks!460Views2likes3CommentsRandom Question Selection Feature for Testing in MS Forms
MS Forms lacks a random question selection feature for testing. This would allow, for example, selecting 60 random questions out of a pool of 100, enhancing test variability and simplifying administration. It would also enable automatic generation of unique test versions for different groups, prevent answer memorization, and save time on creating new test versions.570Views2likes2CommentsMS Forms branching option is not visible to individual answers in multiselect question
HELLO, I am working on a form. Question type is choice where user can select "Multiple Answers" and based on selected answer, subsequent question should be visible. To achieve this, i want to add branching to main question but i do not see the option to do so. How to achieve this ? NO branching option :446Views1like1CommentAllow hidden fields
Hi DingkunXie Can the product team do the following: Create an option to make a field hidden or read-only Allow URL parameters to populate the hidden or read-only field Currently we can use a workaround to hide a field using branching logic, but the hidden field can't be prepopulated with the URL parameter :( This small change will unlock a huge amount of value in the product! Especially in the age of automation and Copilot. Looking forward to seeing this happen :)431Views1like2CommentsForm can not send data to sheet - in company domain

Thanks!155Views1like2CommentsThis form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information
Two issues, one with what the system flagged, and the second with how the system is not designed to help you correct the error. First Issue: It took me an hour of clicking in form fields and making minor text changes to get the system to momentarily clear the error and allow me to make a copy of the form for rough cut deletion of the offending section. That was a pain and part of what I will get into in part 2. When I finally had a copy I could work with, I deleted sections until I got to the question “EA Passes” with the subtext “how many Early Access Passes does your crew need”. This was the offending question. EA Passes. I changed it to EA Games, EA Medical, EA Social Security… these were all fine. But “EA Passes”. Flagged. This is not sensitive info, you may wish to have your system let that one go. Second Issue: and this is user satisfaction related. The system flags and makes the entire form unusable rather than flagging the individual question or phrase. Having a helpful popup showing what is flagged and making the form usable without this question would be wonderful! Especially considering the fact that the term flagged was not clear or even remotely sensitive in nature. Thank you for considering 1. The flagging of “EA Passes”, I changed this to Early Access Passes to get past it, and 2. Some help fixing/flagging the issue/phrase rather than dynamiting the form and forcing you to delete most if not all of your work to try to find the issue.260Views1like1Comment
