I have been having the same error with Teams for the past few months, across two different computers, and with me having uninstalled and reinstalled Teams several times. Effectively, Teams works fine the first time it is reinstalled, but when I go to use it the following day, even if the computer has not been shut down in the meantime, I get a "Loading latest updates... in the meantime, you can still send and respond to messages" line in the toolbar. I cannot actually send or respond to messages (or receive them) while this is going on, though. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate the guidance - Teams is effectively unusable for me right now, which is a problem given how much we use it to communicate in my department.41KViews8likes16CommentsCan't change Microsoft Teams Profile Picture (Receiving Error)
Hello! I'm having a bug with Profile Pictures. I've tried changing it many times, but I receive an error every time. What makes this stranger is I have never set a profile picture in Teams but somehow Teams imported an old profile Picture from my Xbox Account - And won't let me change it. I've tried to change my profile picture in Teams on Windows and Android. Windows gives this error: "There was a problem saving the photo. Please try again" Android gives this error: "Failed to update profile picture. Please try again" So, what in want to know is: 1. Why Teams is not using my Microsoft Account profile picture. 2. Why Teams is using my Xbox 360 Profile Picture. 3. How do I fix this so Teams can use the profile picture I want it to. Please find screenshots of errors & of my MS and Xbox accounts attached. Additional: My wife is also having the exact same problem on her account.Solved134KViews3likes20CommentsAttached Images in Teams don't Show up when clicked on it
I have this broken link error image when using MS Teams App in Windows 10. A right click usually enlarges the image, and it was working this way until last week. Today it shows the images as part of the conversations, but when right clicking on them, it only shows a broken link image. I have done some suggestions from other similar threads here, i.e. sign out and in, cache clearing, but no luck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.28KViews2likes13CommentsMeeting Options are limited
Hello, I have run into a problem of not having a full access to meeting options. I would like to schedule meetings for other people in the office where I do not necessarily have to attend. I would also like to assign other people as co-hosts so that they are able to admit people and have more control of the meeting. There should be settings of being able to let people come in without waiting in the waiting room as well, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Here is the attached screenshot: These are the only two options I get when clicking "Meeting Options". Additionally, whenever I set up a meeting, some people are not able to respond to it because they get an error of undeliverable response: "delivery has failed to these recipients or groups". What is the issue here? Does it have to do with how Outlook is set up? How can I change these limitations and errors? Thank you so much!368Views1like1CommentTeams crashes overnight SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED
I use Teams in a Chrome tab exclusively Every morning that I come to work, the tab has crashed with the SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED message, Chrome is left using 8GB + of memory IMO it's a memory leak in the application code. Are there certain steps that I could do to give more information? Logs? A Chrome performance trace? Thanks, Philippe3.2KViews1like6Comments"Due to org policy, you can't use (Gmail) with Teams on this device. Contact your admin"
This error pops up whenever I try to open the Microsoft Teams app with my Gmail accounts. I've tried with both of my Gmail accounts and it still gave me the same error, even changing the privacy settings to see if it works. Tried it on my school account (not Gmail) and the app works fine. Any suggestions?Solved49KViews1like22CommentsStudent's unable to add work to an assignment
Hello, As a school we use Microsoft Teams during this lockdown period to enable home learning for our students. It has mostly been working well however some students have been unable to upload their work into the "Assignments" tab. My students do their work in their book and upload a photo (jpeg) of that work as evidence. However some are getting errors when they try to do this. for example. Is there anything that can be done about this? The student has tried several times with no success.3.1KViews1like0Comments
