Hello! For the most part, my organization's Bookings calendar works without issues, with the exception of one person. Every time this person creates a booking, the calendar always adds on one day to the booking. For example, a service is booked for all day Monday, but the calendar shows all day Monday AND Tuesday.. If a service is booked for all day Thursday, the calendar will show all day Thursday AND Friday, etc. This happens consistently with only person. Can anyone provide some insight? In the last day or two, my shared Bookings page, if accessed from my Bookings account page, does not display any of the customizations, staff, services, or calendar appointments. If I login to Bookings, the shared page still appears, but it's reset to default somehow. BUT, if I click on the customer-facing link, it still brings up the correct page with the services listed, the correct calendar, and the ability to book. Hello All, I am having an issue where one of my users can no longer any availability on My bookings calendar. He has the Book with Me link in his signature. When potential customers click on the link, my bookings page shows no availability to the customer. When he looks at his calendar in Outlook it shows he has availability. He is using the default my bookings configuration (did not create his own). I am unable to replicate it on my end. We are using M365 Standard as well. We've been using bookings for almost a year now to allow candidates to select their interview time from a specific pre-defined list of options. Instead of creating a service from scratch, we usually just amend an existing one for a new role. However, when we logged in in January after the Christmas break, our bookings page (and all previous services) had disappeared and it asked us to set up a new one. Trying to access the old one through links on old invites / notifications didn't work - the page was gone. We have now set up a new bookings page, but continue to have major issues. We have previously used the 'custom availability' option to set up specific interview slots (e.g. when we are only interviewing in the afternoon). However, this is now overridden by the availability of the assigned staff member which is a shared inbox so appointments are offered outside of the availability hours set in the service. We have also had an issue whereby the interview slots display correctly until the first person books in, after which all of the other options either change or disappear. As there is no overlap, this should not happen and did not happen in the past. We are experiencing an issue where a user has an existing public Bookings page. They logged in today and it tries to walk them through the new user tutorial. They complete the tutorial, and it provides an error message. Other users in our organization are working with no issue. In the past week or so I've had complaints from people attempting to book a service through our bookings page "showing as something went wrong". Despite the error, the booking is added, but I don't get confirmation come through to my outlook so I have no idea. Oddly, it's just random days and times - but it won't work for me either when I try. I've also noticed a change in font and other small tweaks in conformation email I receive. Yesterday, someone rang to complain and I saw they had attempted a booking with the same error, when I looked at the date they attempted to book it had somehow overridden existing bookings from two clients and replaced them. I can see the clients in the customers list but their booking has gone, and i've no idea if they've been sent a cancellation. I can't rebuild the booking page as I have existing bookings through to next year. I've notice that Bookings is not sync properly in calendar having bugs among some users, if we do the event we receive the email but the event can't be visualized in calendar as created/cancelled by some costumers or some providers. So trying to solve this problem i've tried to do an connection with API using Power Automate, but the ID of the event in bookings it's deprecated and seems different compared to an Outlook event. Another bad ocasion its the case of when we schedule a meeting, the meeeting overlaps the existing one, even changing the settings to schedule only when free. Hello I hope you can help me, for one user, Bookings is creating a meeting every Friday, between 9 - 9:30 am. The email comes from the address created by Bookings when this calendar was enabled. There are no Rules set that might make these meetings, and the requester's information is the affected user name and email. We also checked the Exchange server and it just shows it as a regular request. When disabling Bookings from Office Apps for 24h, but it starts again after 2-3 months. Does anyone have an idea on how to avoid or fix this? See the screenshot below. In the bookings form created, when customers try to create a booking, it always says loading next to the staff member's name.
