I no longer have an edit button for assignments on one EndpointSec>DiskEncrypt>Bitlocker profiles
I have two Intune>Endpoint Security>Disk Encryption>Bitlocker policies. One is the 2+ year old deprecated policy everyone is currently on, and the other is a new policy I made two months ago. I am in the process of testing to move the company from old to new. Old policy no longer has an "Edit" button for group assignments and exclusions, much like when you don't have permissions. However, I am still able to edit the actual policy. Has anyone seen this or can help with this? Attached picture. I am using Intune Administrator permissions, and again, it's not a permissions issue as I can edit the actual policy. I have tried different browsers. I have tried another computer. The policy is scoped to default. I was last able to edit group assignments 10/25/25 Solution right now will just be to delete the old profile and move to new with no more testing. Microsoft Teams – Assignments for Specific Channels Without Selecting Students Individually
Hi everyone, Our secondary school is implementing Microsoft Teams with one Team per subject per year level (e.g., "Year 8 Science") instead of separate Teams for each class. The challenge is that multiple teachers teach different classes within the same Team. We want to: Set assignments that are only visible to students in a specific channel (without manually selecting students one by one). Grade assignments so that teachers only see and mark the work of students in their own class/channel, rather than all students in the Team. What We've Tried: Private Channels & Standard Channels: We found that you can’t assign work to a specific channel, whether it’s private or not. Groups: While you can assign work to a group, you still have to manually select each student, which isn’t practical. The alternative is a random selection, which doesn’t help. Saving Groups: You can’t save groups for future use, meaning we’d have to manually recreate them each time we set an assignment. Has anyone found a workaround for this? Are there settings, apps, or best practices that could help? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hello Everyone, Some time ago I was struggling to get all Assignments Intune for a Specific Azure AD Group. This option does not exist at console, and we need to run a lot of queries at MS Graph and/or use PowerShell to retrieve. So, to help the community I started to create PowerShell scripts to help to query some of the Assignments but, still, I had a lot of scripts each one to retrieve a specific type of items (like profiles, conditional access, apps, etc). Hi All I have a Faculty member who created a quiz in MS Forms. When she went to Assignments >> Create >> Quiz, the quiz did not appear in the list of quizzes. This makes sense because the quiz wasn't assigned previously. Question: How does she move the quiz into Assignments in Teams? Are we only allowed to create quizzes in Teams for our classes? I did some testing. Created a quiz in MS Forms > added that quiz to a Group (test class in Teams) > went into Teams > General > Assignments > Create > From existing the quiz did not show up in the list of existing quizzes for the Group (class) that the quiz was added to Created a quiz in MS Forms > added that quiz to a Group (test class in Teams) > went into Teams > General > Assignments > Create > New the quiz did not show up in the list of quizzes I can create a new Tab which allows someone to answer the questions in the quiz, but it does not appear as an assignment (which may be in the future) I can create a link to duplicate, but there is no facility to use the link What I am seeing is that I can create a quiz in Teams, and assign that quiz. But I cannot create a quiz in MS Forms and use it as an assignment in Teams. Any ideas, solutions, or comments appreciated. Che
Managed Google Play does not show all assigned Apps (Long sync issue?)
Hi there, i've the problem that I'd uninstalled the outlook app as it was assigned as "Required". It looks like that I can remove required apps, but do not see them in the google play store (work profile) which is very bad. After 6 hours(!) the App install Status for Outlook in the Intune Admin Center was still "Installed". I'd pressed a lot of times the sync button and everythings looks fine there - but the status was wrong. After I switched the assignment to "Uninstall" after 30 mins the status went now correctly to "Not installed". So now I want to install back the Outlook app from the play store. So it is assigned: But in thegoogle play store of the work profile the Outlook app does not appear even after 6 hours ago. I've heard from a sync interval from 8hours for new assignments (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/device-profile-troubleshoot) which is total horrible. Can anybody say or confirm that assignment of apps to managed google play does always that long? Kind regards, Constantin
What's the best way to graphically view resource utilisation in Project?
Long time P6 user, looking for something similar to this in MSP... A list of all my resources, against their utilisation in graphical (not tablature) form I've tried Resource Graph, but that seems like you have to scroll around to see the resources - i cant select more than one resource to see cumulative Any suggestions appreciated David
Download/ Print feedback and rubrics on Assignments in TEAMS
Hi there I have been using TEAMS for students to submit work for GCSE assessment and grading. I have set up and used a rubric and have also provided feedback and marks. How do I donwload and print the feedback and marking (including rubric), as I need to provide this as evidence against their final GCSE Grade. I have worked out how to print the student work, but none of my feedback or marks appear on this, despite having 'returned' the work to the students.Auto assign primary user and device category via Autopilot
After the Windows Autopilot process, the device in the Company Portal is set to shared, therefore the required apps do not start the install process until I set the device's primary user and device category in the Endpoint manager. How can I set up that during or after the Autopilot process the primary user is automatically determined, don't have to add primary user to the device in Endpoint manager?
