"Tag all items in list" should not be the default tagging option in Advanced eDiscovery
If you select a single file, then go to apply a tag, but FORGET to change the filter from "Tag all items" to "Tag selected items" you will have to wait minutes if not hours for the entire set to be tagged, which, if you're applying a tag that you previously used in the review set, will overwrite all of the tagging you previously did. Please change this. When I select a single file in a review set, the default should be "Tag selected items."
External users cannot reply to encrypted emails
So we are trialing Azure Information Protection as a potential solution for our HR department to be able to send out encrypted emails that contain confidential information. In our testing, we have a label set up that applies the encryption. In the label permissions, we have it set up to allow the external address we are testing with to view the email, and permissions are also set to allow them to reply to the email. The problem is when you reply from the external address, in the web browser interface viewing the encrypted message, the reply goes nowhere. Is there some addition permissions that need to be set to allow this? The external address has VIEW,DOCEDIT,REPLY,REPLYALL,FORWARD,and OBJMODEL.
I cannot Send an email suddenly - Comes back as Undeliverable
My email was working fine, and then suddenly 5 minutes later this error started showing up when I tried sending another email: Please help!! I am also the admin of the group, but I don't know how to fix this as I am obviously not spam, and no one has blocked me. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Hello all We are considering evaluating this product. I understand this product has many features. However some of the features of this product overlap with O365\Azure. I like the onprem features of Access Rights Manager, however i would say 50% of our works loads are in Auzre\O365. Has anyone used this product in a hybrid environment with O365/Azure? Many organizations would like to apply encryption to all e-mail messages since it improves the information security posture. Is encrypting all messages the right way to go?
