I consider myself a SharePoint geek, but I play more and more in the larger Office 365 (O365) sphere these days. In doing so, I’ve noticed that O365 as a concept is difficult to explain… both to IT folks and the everyday workers who are expected to use it. So I put together a new infographic that (hopefully) provides a quick intro to O365, its apps, and how they're all related. Good for both the IT crowd and lines of business. Check out my https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/everyday-intro-office-365-matt-wade below. Update (Dec 2017): The original infographic has been upgraded to being a fully dynamic, web-based tool complete with articles on many of the apps, more translations (7 languages as of today!), and more. It's embeddable too, which is what you see below. Embed it in your intranet or website today! Hello Champions, I am looking to link a Microsoft Tenant (Test Account) to access Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and all O365 apps with E5 License for all the below Test devices: iOS iPhone XR (mobile device) Samsung S10e (mobile device) Microsoft Surface (laptop) We are going to use these 3 devices for Microsoft Roadshows and Training sessions. Therefore, we would like to have Tenant Accounts attached to all 3 devices so we can Demo all the great features without compromising personal information. I am hesitant to attach my personal account to these test devices since we will be Demonstrating these in Real-Time. If you can help us on how to setup these 3 devices with Test Accounts for Training Sessions and Demo Road Shows that would be greatly appreciated!Solved33KViews1like4CommentsNew infographic: Explaining Office 365 Groups
On a user level, Office 365 Groups are one of the biggest selling points for moving to Office 365. They provide quick, easy access to an online workspace for communicating with colleagues and collaborating on documents and files. There’s little-to-no learning curve: get in and start working. But they’re also one of the most confusing new things in Office 365. Below is my take on how Groups (and Yammer and Teams!) works from an everyday user's perspective. Use it for training, for explaining, and as a go-to resource when Groups confuses you. Below is just a small part of http://icsh.pt/O365groups. Read that in full and share with your colleagues!29KViews12likes3CommentsOffice 365 Subdomain Setup
Hi All, Recently registered for Office 365 for our Nonprofit. We currently have an external website, and I'd like to add a subdomain pointing towards Office 365 (and keep our website at our existing host). So for example https://www.mynonprofit.org.uk is what the public visits and id like https://office.mynonprofit.org.uk to be were my users can log in to O365. I know this will be done from our hosts control panel, I'm new to this and just checking that this is an acceptable way of setting up O365? Also, if I do have it setup as described above, is it possible to customise the log in page? Its no biggie if not! After all its generous enough of MS to donate O365 to us in the first place! Kind Regards, Dan.18KViews0likes2CommentsWhat is the difference between these 2 Office 365 plans page ?

Hello, As almost all office 365 collaboration tools are backed by Office 365 Group, I assumed whenever a member is added into Office 365 Group, It would be automatically added in other Office 365 connected services/tools, however, it doesn't seem so. For instance. I have created a Team site, which has created an office 365 group and Microsoft teams team. Then, I have tried to add new members in the office 365 group, however, that user was not added in respective Microsoft Teams team. Is that really true or I am doing something wrong? If it's true, then does that even happen in other Office 365 tools? How to keep all members of Office 365 synchronized across office 365 tools?
