Teams not working with Gmail account.
Hi, I had recently created a Microsoft teams account with my current gmail account to access a interview. I was unable to rsvp for the interview as well as access my calendar when logged into teams. I ran a trial run with a friend on teams to see if the link via email would work for the meeting. It worked only for audio. My camera said it was on but the meeting was not showing my visual nor the person i was meeting withs visual. I went through Microsoft support and had checked all the accessibility options on my Mac Air. We still could not find a solution to this issue.
Sync with outlook contact, Still be an issue?
Hi everyone, One of our users are having issues syncing outlook contacts with Teams. I have searched here and found that quite a number of people had the same issue in the past and wonder if anyone found exact answer for the solutions. We have tried everything as suggested in other posts. Tried to add company name and all other fields, restarted Teams, tested on other machines but nothing works. It only shows some internal people under Teams contacts. He has got more than 800 contacts in outlook but nothing has come up under his Teams contacts. I saw from the other post that this issue has been raised and Microsoft support will resolve it by 30th September but it has not been fixed yet. Did anyone has got an update from Microsoft re this or workaround solutions? It is so annoying and makes him frustrated as he doesn't know where he gets calling from and have to manually enter the phone number when he calls out. Thanks, Damian
Double ringing for CQ calls
Hi all, We have a call queue set up for our two receptionist and it was working fine but the have noticed one small issue when getting calls through CQ. Sometimes when a call is answered by either one of our receptionists, they get another incoming call seconds later from the same number. So when another receptionist answered the call again, it shows the message "<..>" inside the blue hexagon in a middle of Teams call. See a picture below. Does anyone has got a same experience and know what's going on? Wonder whether it is a Teams error or our Call service provider (duplicating calls maybe?) Are there any ways to resolve this? It did happen randomly and bit annoyed when it happens. Thanks, DamianMTR Video feeds blank
Hi, We are working on a proof of concept for Microsoft teams rooms video conferencing within my business and i have been working on testing different products. I am currently using a Lenovo ThinkSmart hub 500 and i am having a problem where the TV we have the smarthub connected to is working fine until we join/create a call, at which point the screen flashes white then stays black afterwards, with neither of mine or my colleagues video feeds showing, but on the other end of the call the video feeds are working fine. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried using the MTR recovery tool with no success and i have used this TV with another device so i know it isn't the TV itself?
Microsoft team connectivity is unpredictable and some times unable to hear the voice
Hi All, I am new to the Microsoft teams, we noticed few problems with teams connectivity issues. 1. we shared the meeting schedule on that time guest and host are notable to synchronize. 2. Some times unable to hear the client voice. 3. Particularly UAE location has connectivity issues and notification are pop up to client.Teams One Note tab, still shows deleted Notebook
I deleted a OneNote Notebook in Teams once, deleted it, and cleared it from the recycle bin too, nevertheless it still shows in the query when I want to open a new notebook. This is really frustrating because it makes it very difficult to find the notebook you are looking for because it is so cluttered with notebooks that were deleted and do not exist anymore, that however are still shown.
