Filter sharepoint calendar in outlook by categories
Hello everyone, I have Sharepoint calendar connected to my Outlook, I would like to enagle filtering, preferably by categories, I have the events categorizied in SP Calendar, but my Outlook calendar doesn not seem to recognize them, what am I doing wrong please? Thank you, JN
New outlook affecting colour of top bar in Sharepoint
We have tested this on a few users but if you upgrade to the new Microsoft it updates the top bar in SHAREPOINT to blue (previously a customised colour in the default theme). If I check the theme it is still as configurered in global admin. Outlook is overriding this theme. A fix for Microsoft.
Sharepoint access requests in Outlook
Hello, Since a couple of weeks, we are facing a weird issue in the Outlook client. Some of our users can't approve SharePoint access requests in Outlook anymore. Whenever they press "Approve" or "Decline" the following error message is displayed: In the past we also received this message: We already tried the following: - Update Outlook client version (2202->2208->2212) all share same behavior - Recreate Outlook profile - Test in Outlook Web (no issue here) - Sign in on a different client with affected account (no issue here) Maybe somebody has an idea? Outlook 2016: Whats your way of saving attachments from e-mails to SharePoint Online? I know there are options to save attachments directly to Groups or OneDrive but not to a regular Site Collection. How are you guys supporting this scenario and if you use 3rd party tools, what do you guys preffer? I also cant find any uservoice on Outlook with lots of votes on this.
