Hi, Unfortunately, from this morning it is not possible to add the Q&A app on teams to meetings. It makes me install the app but when I try to save it gives me the following error "Something went wrong, please try again later." Friday worked perfectly. it is for us an essential tool for our meetings. I tried to delete the app and reinstall it but still when I try to add it to the single meeting from this problem and it doesn't make me save the configurations. I have tried with other accounts in my organization and with other PCs but the problem is the same. What can I do?2.5KViews0likes1CommentLive event - Q&A
Using the Q&A tab during a Live Event you have the option to sort the question as most recent or most liked. has anyone found a way to have the most liked questions to the top of the list, rather than being at the bottom. this means my presenters are having to scroll to the bottom of the tab to see what the most popular question is. I would think the most sensible option would be to have the most popular questions at the top of the list.Solved2.6KViews1like1CommentLive broadcast - marking Q&A questions that have been asked
During our live broadcasts at our organisation there's normally a producer (the person who handles what goes live, e.g. video footage, slides shared etc, and moderates the Q&A) and a presenter (the person who reads out the questions to the person speaking) in the other room together with the speaker of the event. Both from the Moderator and Presenter perspective it would be a really handy function to be able to somehow mark the questions that have been asked and answered during the live event (e.g. having a tick box on the top of each question bubble), and it would be also handy if this was shown in the downloadable report. This would take so much stress out of the moderation and also would help so much keeping accurate records for the next session, instead of having to make notes by hand. Being able to highlight the questions with different colours could help marking up the similar ones that relate to the same topic, then also be able to tick each one individually once asked and answered. Apps developers, please can you consider adding these functions?Solved1.4KViews1like2Comments
