Excel 365 Focus Cell - "Show Auto-Highlight" feature is disappeared
Hi everyone, I recently update the Excel 365 to and I found the "Show Auto-Highlight" feature is disappeared. From Microsoft website: Increase ease of navigation with Focus Cell in Excel | Microsoft Community Hub, this feature is very handy when using the find fuction. how can I get this function back? Thank you!
File created from SharePoint list via Power Automate cannot be opened
I have a Power Automate flow that is supposed run once a day at 7:45AM EST. Then Get items from a SharePoint list where the filter query is: ReminderOne column is less than or equal to the date when the flow was triggered and field_4 (Date and Time) is null. Next it should get the following columns and values from Get items: Site (Single line of text), PageURL (Single line of text), the email from Requestor (Person or Group with multi-select disabled), the emails from SiteOwners (Person or Group with multi-select enabled), and field_3 (Date and Time). From the values of those columns it should create an Excel file in https://xxx.com/teams/xxx/Shared%20Documents/xxx/xxx/. Lastly it should take that Excel file and attach it to an email- not as a link but as a file to download. The flow runs successfully, however, when I try to open the file in the folder its in or in the email attachment, I get an error that the file can't be opened.
Skipping cell while pasting data
Hi, I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to skip cell at constant interval while pasting Huge amount of data. Something that will act as a pasting template/guide eg.: I need to copy huge amount of data (around 5000 cell) in a row but I need to let 2 blank cell every 5 Data cell. So lets say column C is where I want to paste the data, but I need it to skip cell C7,C8 and then C14,C15 (and so on) while pasting the data. like this: Thank youOverlap services
I have a bookings where one "staff member" is assigned to all the services. This is an account that many people have access to. Currently we have one service in our bookings that allow folks to set up time with the staff to schedule time (30 minutes) to pickup their cell phone. We would like to add another service for folks to check out a hotspot. Hotspots can be scheduled for 1, 2 or 3 days. If we have a cell phone pickup on a Monday a 9:00 am, will that prohibit anyone for scheduling a hotspot that includes that day because the "staff member" is busy? These two services are able to occur at the same time -- meaning, I can have a cell phone pickup happen at the same time as a checkout for the hotspot. I cannot, however have a hot spot checked out that overlaps -- say one booking for a Monday (one day) and other for a three day that begins on the same Monday. I am guessing Bookings will not accommodate this, but I am hoping others have overcome this with more creativity?
.ics files open in Calendar App instead of Microsoft Office Outlook
I did a Microsoft Office repair last week. Now when I click on a .ics file, It opens up in the Windows 10 Calendar App instead of Microsoft Outlook. When I went to change the default settings, I didn't see any options for Outlook like I did in my email default programs. How do I fix it? Hi there, I am using office 365, word version 2310. I just noticed when I begin typing, even one letter, my cursor disappears immediately, and I can only get it back by moving my mouse or press Ctrl. Previously, I think I could see my cursor while typing. Would it be possible to make my crusor visible while typing? I've tried the operations below: 1. turning on/off the 'smart cursoring'. 2. activate/unactivate 'hide pointer while typing' in 'pointer options'. 3. uninstall and reinstall office 365, repair/reset office 365. 4. turning off the HDR settings. 5. changing the display scale in 'display settings'. 6. lauching word in a safe mode. 7. changing the regional settings. None of them works. The funny thing is, when I am typing in Chinese characters, my cursor does not disappear at all, but even if I type one single English letter, the cursor disappears immediately. Additionally, I found the same behaviour when typing in notepad of windows. I know it might be a FEATURE to hide my cursor while typing, but is there any possible solution that I can make my cursor visible while typing? I just want to see my cursor. \ Thanks
All of a sudden Excel not highlighting selected worksheets
Historically, when selecting multiple worksheets in excel, the selected worksheets would be highlighted with green underline. Now, the selected worksheets are no longer highlighted. I have multiple spreadsheets using STOCKHISTORY for multiple stocks. I have been recently getting random #CONNECT returns for some stocks and not others for the same date. Opening the same sheet on a separate computer may show all valid results. It can be very frustrating to open a spread sheet and not get values for all stocks in a column.
