Proposal: change the fonts on the emails
Hi there, Has anybody else shared feedback about the notification emails you are sending to us, when something happening to the thread we are following? When I'm receiving the notification it looks like following: As you can see, I do not see the message even on the first view. The size of the font in the first subject is 24px, next 18px, and then later the font on the message itself is 10px. The first proposal is to drop the font size from 24 >> 16 and 18 >> 12. You could also ask, if the first subject is even needed as it is on the "subject of the email", but also later on the body the subject is mentioned. Could it be so, that you have that picture, but lower and wider? And it is still looks good.Notification toast broken
For the past few days I've been seeing this (note the first two entries): When I click on the See All Notifications link, I get a "proper" view... but it looks like it does not show notifications for thread replies, just blogs. And I know there are some replies received, as I can see them in the actual threads. Just reporting it in case it's not a known issue 🙂Remaining issues with new techcommunity.microsoft.com experience
Hi all, Much appreciate the new experience and improvements like tagging, mentioning bugs fixed, much better notifications. Will keep it brief: loading personal message takes very long time or eventually load eternally Click on threads in notifications will no longer load the actual item (reply, mention) Can no longer see posting stats in my user rofile (important for MVP contributions)Unexpected Error when navigating the Microsoft Tech Community
All, We are aware of higher than normal instances of unexpected errors this morning. This does not appear to impacting all users but users who are impacted may see a black bar asking you to report it to our team and quote a reference number. Users who experience this error may also encounter missing page elements i.e. no boards or blogs listed on corresponding pages. Update: This issue is not affecting all users, if you get an unexpected error then try again either from a different browser or device, even opening the page using the InPrivate mode can result in not getting this error. We are investigating this as a matter of urgency and will post updates here. Resolved:10:00am GMT - The issue that caused this spike has now been resolved. Please remember unexpected errors can happen for a variety of reasons and so if you continue to receive them it does not mean this issue has resurfaced. Please try to reload the page that caused the error again and if no resolution then please contact our team.
