I’m using Teams on both my laptop and iPhone, and when I received calls it used to call on both at the same time, given I was logged in both places. It has however now suddenly stopped ringing on my mobile app, and only comes in on my laptop. Which is frustrating as I would like to have the opportunity to choose where to take the call from. How do I change that so I get call simultaneously on both devices again?Solved100KViews0likes17CommentsChat notification on mobile app not going away
I hope this has not been posted already, couldn't find a post relating to mobile apps. I have an unread chat notification on my Teams Mobile app which I am unable to get away after trying all the suggested solutions, uninstalling the app, switching off all notifications, clicking on all chats, but I have not been successful. The mobile app also doesn't have an unread filtering option. I don't have unread notifications on the desktop app. Please help!2.7KViews0likes1CommentCan Desktop App trigger a voice call on Mobile App?
Hi Guys I'm very new to Teams so please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to use the desktop app to trigger an outbound voice call on another device? Basically, I have a client with a 3rd party VoIP system that will be integrated to Teams. They run Teams on their RDS desktops so would use the mobile app for their voice calling, but it would be good if they wanted to dial from the desktop, to be able to have that call actually take place on the mobile. This is possible via pure VoIP systems running both a desktop and mobile softphone. Many thanks in advance. Is there a way to prevent mobile users from registering personal accounts alongside their corporate account in the teams app? We use Android Work Profiles to keep company related user data separate from personal data on mobile devices, but we have noticed that if a person installs both teams accounts on the version of the teams app in a user's work profile, there is nothing preventing a user from downloading files from teams via their work account (to the Android Work Profile), and forwarding them off to a non corporate user by opening the second account from within the teams app. On IOS, the issue seems to be made worse by the lack of a separate work profile, so there isn't any segmentation between a user's personal and work related data on their device. Is there any way to change this behavior and restrict the Teams mobile apps so they only permit a single account logged on at once?6.4KViews0likes1CommentTeams Mobile App doesn´t show files
