Our Microsoft team room update to window 11 IOT version. And some of the room show the error "Teams is currently experiencing an error. If the problem persists, please try restarting your device or talk to your administrator". It need to restart two times to resolve the issue. This is the first time we see this error, and have no such information can be search. We are starting to get an issue after the Teams Room System Update 4.3.21.0. error on the display cannot fetch calendar (skype sign in is fine) We did a trace and we don't see anything block from our environment to Microsoft. We are having issue in our company where we are receiving Teams invites from a federated partner but the invite is going through Safe LInks in Microsoft Defender which is modifying the Teams invite URL. When this is sent to an MTR system the Join button does not appear. On the Teams desktop client we can resolve the meeting and join with no issue so it's just the MTR that has the problem. I know we can set some rules in Safe Links to bypass this but I have hit a bit of a roadblock with our security teams around this. Ideally it would be good if the MTR could negotiate this the same way as the Teams desktop client. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks!5.1KViews0likes7CommentsMicrosoft Teams Room Version
Hi, Last week my MTR system updated to 4.3.21.0. I checked my unit this morning and it seems to have taken an update and is now running 4.3.23.0. Hey everyone ! Although I have installed / updated the teams rooms app to the latest version and the calender is syncing correctly which means I am able to see the booking but still the device (Microsoft Surface) which has teams installed on it is not being signed in to teams and says Couldn't sign in to Microsoft teams. The other thing is that the "Join" button is disabled whenever I try to join the device into the meating. Here comes some pictures for more info I would really appreciate any help. Hi, I've update two MTRs (one Crestron and one Poly) to MTR App version 4.5.35.0 specifically to get the "Switch to video gallery layout even when content is present" that this update says has been introduced, but I don't have that option to select when I'm in a meeting with content presented. Do I need to so something else to enable it? The Windows 10 Kiosk is running 1909 as well, latest supported version. We're seeing an issue where some users can see video some of the time. Most of the time users see the room's initials. We've tried turning outgoing video on and off as well as rejoining the meeting, which doesn't help. If the user presents and video switches to the mini-player, the video is visible. Within TAC there are two sessions for the room, both with video/audio sources. When we unplug the TC8, video is far more reliable. It seems with the new update, I'm guessing here, that the TC8 is seen as a video source? I've logged a ticket, and I think there is development work needed. I have a few MTRoW devices that were all functioning ok with meeting invite displayed properly along with join button. Recently after the 4.11.12.0 upgrade we are noticing meeting invite and join button is not displayed anymore. Nothing have changed on the EXO mailbox settings and calenderprocessing is working, you receive an accepted email once these devices are invited into a meeting. We are a small association spread thinly around the world. We have two Microsoft Teams Room devices in our Washington Office. One is a Poly Studio X30 and the other is a Yealink A30. In both cases, we have experienced a behavior - almost repeatable at will - where, if the X30 or A30 joins a scheduled meeting FIRST - no video is broadcast from the room. But if the X30 or A30 joins SECOND or later - then the video from the room is seen - no problems. Similarly - if someone calls the room directly via Teams - they will see whoever is in the room. However, if the room calls someone directly - or creates a "Meet Now" meeting and adds a user - they will not see the room. This is a terrible bug. I've opened a ticket via our M365 admin portal - but my hopes are not high for that avenue of service. Thoughts?528Views0likes3Comments
