Microsoft Teams Live Events Meetings
2 TopicsLive Event engagement report - blank participant ID fields
Dear community, I have been searching the internet to find an answer to explain why in the Microsoft Teams Live Event engagement reports some rows do not show any participant ID's. I get questions from users within my company whether or not they are missing certain attendees. In specific cases we need to be certain that we have a good picture of all the participants because the attendance has serious consequences to, for example, accreditation points. Right now, I cannot answer their questions and hence we cannot trust these reports. Does anybody knows how to interpret the blank participant ID's? Thank you in advance for your help, Sylvester5.2KViews3likes9CommentsMicrosoft Teams Live Meeting Policy Not Taking Affect
I have been trying to get the public option to be available when creating a Teams Live Meeting, but for some reason it does not appear when I try to create a Live Meeting. I have applied to below Global policy waited for 24 hours still no luck. I then applied the custom user policy domain Default waited for 24 hours still not luck. The recording option is also always forced to on where it should allow it to be changed as needed. Is there anything I am missing? To me looks like an issue with replication on the back end or some other back end tenant issue.
