Launch MS Teams meeting with an intro slide or music prior to meeting start
Hello MS Teams users Background reason of my request I have a weekly recurring MS Teams with includes about 100 people. As the host, I normally log on 5 minutes prior. However, many of the attendees log on once they get their 15 min warning. Which is not a problem. However, I noticed when reviewing the recorded session some of the new hires do not understand why there is a void and no one is talking or communicating. My Request As part of the meeting options when setting up a MS Teams meeting, is there a way to have a PowerPoint slide launch for the early attendees to view until the host arrives? Or have music play so they know they are in a holding pattern until the start of the meeting.
Enable Start Meeting with Recording On
Hi, folks! @TeamsDevTeam, What you all think about this one below? Can you hit that? Hands down, one of the best thing to improve my experience (and of many others too.. be sure of that) with Teams is a feature to start a meeting with recording mode on! Make everything more easily and comfortable to keep doing my job without needs to be worried if I'm recording that call or not, if I've clicked on record button or not. Please, figure it out! MS Teams - New Meeting Experience - Not Working
Hi All - been using the new meeting experience for a month or two now. Today, have tried to start my meetings and it will not let me use it. Have had to turn it off to enable me to go in to meetings. Microsoft is providing Teams meeting organizers greater control over their meetings by making it possible to require all participants to wait in the lobby. Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 64643 for the below Feature Release. How this is Useful for the Enterprise Users and the Educational Organizations After the above feature is enabled all the guest users as well as the users within the organization will have to wait in the Lobby to start the meeting until the organizer of the meeting arrives. This feature was majorly requested by the Educational Organization wherein Students of the Meeting used to join the meeting before the start of the Class or before the Teacher Joins the Class. Possible Issues with the Feature if this is turned on by Default In case the feature is enabled by default and the organizer of the meeting is not joining the Teams Meeting the meeting will never start and all the participants will be stuck in Lobby. In case the organizer of the meeting is hosting only a Audio Conferencing only meeting, then the organizer will have the punch in the Host Pin for the Teams Meeting to be started and then the participants will be able to join
