Public Meeting Room Bookings
Hi, my organisation has about 6 meeting rooms that are able to be booked by the public. We want individuals to want to be able to select the length of time they need the room for and for Bookings to block out the time in the calendar. Bookings doesn't appear to allow a variable length of time for a booking so a user could choose for 30 mins to 8 hours, it seems like a pretty basic ask, has anybody managed to achieve this in Bookings.
Bookings events deleted on calendar and created as new, deleting old customers
Anyone had an issue where a calendar appointment has been 'deleted' with a fresh one in it's place? Yet those already booked on up until that point got the email notification, still show up as customers in the customer section, but no longer show as being booked onto that session? A new one replaces it allowing new customers to book on. This has happened to interviews being run. 13 unexpected people turned up, but they all had email confirmations. The current booking information doesn't show them on there, but a previous export does show some of the customers. I have 10 days of missing data, 3 of the later days is where I suspect the error occurred. Went to the mailbox of the staff member and found the email confirmations sent to those people. But now worried about future events. Have 4 interview events each week from now until April and it's like finding a needle in a haystack for anyone else affected by this. How can an event get deleted without a cancellation email being sent to customers? My calendar admins are adamant they haven't changed any of the service settings of deleted any events or created new ones.
Export Data Displays Client Name Within Service Name
We encountered significant problems with Microsoft Bookings from late November through mid-December. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/bookings-is-acting-up-since-the-end-of-november-lot-of-issues/m-p/4007098#M6546 The issues were resolved in mid-December. However, following the resolution, we have observed a problem with our Microsoft Bookings Exportation (.tsv) feature. Before mid-December, the client's name, along with the service name, was visible in the Outlook Calendar, providing a convenient overview of appointment information without the need to click for full details. Unfortunately, since mid-December, this information is also displaying on the Microsoft Bookings side. Consequently, this is impacting all our exports and data derived from this solution. Accurately compiling the data has become a significant challenge and is nearly impossible, resulting in errors on reports, given that the client's name is now visible across all services. Could you kindly investigate and address this issue exclusively on the MS Bookings data side? We would like the client's name to continue appearing on the Outlook calendar while resolving the unintended display on the Microsoft Bookings side. Thank you!Styles for MS Bookings
When I insert frameMS Bookings on my site, I encounter a problem that the container is limited to a width of 1024 .mainContent { max-width: 1024px; min-width: 320px; margin: 0 auto; text-align: center; } and therefore large margins along the edges (with my mount 1900). How can I fix this style and make max-width: auto;?
MS Booking Error
Hi, Is anyone have issue with Bookings changing the date in the Calendar and giving booking error? Flow below shows the booking service - The view in Booking when you book service - The error (even through the booking went through to back end of booking system) - How it shows in the Calendar with wrong start date. Anyone any tthoughts? PaulЕhe booking page does not display the event from the calendar.
For the schedule page in backend MS Booking, different services / events are created, which are displayed on the calendar and available for selection by customers. But if you manually create an event in the backend directly on the calendar by linking it to an existing service, then on the booking page such an event is not displayed in the calendar for customers to selectAuto-cancellations
Hi all, We've been testing bookings out since the Autumn '22. We recently had an issue where our 2 dates for a service we offered autocancelled. We didn't click cancel neither did any of our customers. I also had this same issue today, with my colleague booking a service and immediately after receiving a confirmation, the appointment being cancelled less than a minute later. I experimented by taking my assigned colleague for this service off the assigned staff section. As soon as I did, my colleague who tried to previously book, did so again with success. Checked my assigned colleague's calendar and could see no reason as to why this happened. Has anyone experienced this? It looks like some may have but I cannot seem to find a clear reason as to why. MS Bookings - statutory holidays
Hello, I am configuring and testing MS Bookings in my company. I would like to know is here any option to addstatutory holidays from my country(Poland)? Or i need to add manually all holidays Also, is there any way to exclude some entries in the calendar so that bookings does not consider them as "occupied" places? The point is that in addition to the actual meetings, some people add their notes, "internal affairs", etc., which requires periodic "cleaning up" and careful management of this calendar.Saved Filter on MS Bookings
Hi, Is there a way to save a filter so that it defaults to this view every time you go onto MS bookings. We only want a few people selected to have availability visible. For some reason my account always shows the filter applied - but no one else in my team seems to have this saved.. they have to untick people every time. Thanks!
