There is the director of a one-person organization in our office. Calls to that organization's main number ring to our single receptionist. If calls are not answered, they go directly into the director's voicemail. It seemed at first like this would be much simpler than creating the call queue and auto attendant for our larger organizations, but it has stumped me so far. Since there's only one person in the organization, callers don't need to select from different options in the auto attendant. However, when I get to the point of directing unanswered calls to the director, the only option for voicemail is an Office 365 group. We got Teams voice calling for Business. Setup was fine, but upon dialiing a number, the call drops after 2 rings. The actual phone doesn't even ring.
