Customer with personal Microsoft account gets: "you don't have access to this booking calendar"
Hey, I created a private link to book a meeting with me. This link works fine in an incognito browser as Guest and also with a MS 365 school/business account. However, if someone logs in with a personal Microsoft Account (live.com account), the user gets the error: "You do not have access to Bookings with me". This is a big issue as many users are logged in with their personal microsoft account and therefore, they only see this error page. Any ideas how to fix it?
Setting up 30-min meetings at quarter-past and quarter-to the hour
Hello All, I’m trying to set up 30 minute meetings that begin at quarter past and quarter to (e.g. 3:15, 3:45, 4:15 4:45…). In this case, I do not want the option of starting on the hour, or half hour. For some reason, Bookings with me doesn’t seem to allow this. Does anyone know how to do this? Ours is a GCC tenant, and users are asking for the "Bookings with Me" Outlook functionality. Bookings itself is enabled for our tenant, and works as expected - but when a user tries to access the "Bookings with Me" URL https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/ - they're piped to https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/me and it appears to start opening, but then a generic "You do not have access to Bookings with me" page comes up. I searched around quite a bit, and can't find clear guidance on: (1) is "Bookings with me" currently available to GCC tenants? (2) if yes, what do I need to change/enable in my tenant to enable the functionality for my users? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Not getting email notifications for Bookings with me
Our institution has both Bookings and personal Bookings With Me. Previously, when someone scheduled using Bookings with me, the staff would receive an email notification confirming this. Currently, some staff do receive the email notification and some do not. (The person scheduling the appointment always receives a notification and a calendar invite.) The staff not receiving the emails has not set up any special rules, does not have the address blocked, and the emails are not going to the spam or clutter folders. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Book with Me (new) not observing Buffer After the Meeting Time.
Hello, I am working with Book(ings) with Me now that it is listed as New. I am attempting to set up 30 minute meetings available on the half hour, with a 15 minute buffer after an appointment. The behavior I would expect is: 1. I have appointments available at 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, etc. 2. If someone books the 1pm appointment, the 1:30pm slot should disappear based on the need for a 15 minute buffer after the meeting. This is not happening. The 1:30pm slot remains in Book with Me and is open on my Outlook calendar. I have attached screenshots of the Before & After, plus my settings. Any idea what I am missing?
Bookings with me not showing time slots except when using it as guest
Hello, I am a professor at the University of Bologna and I use Bookings with me to schedule my office time with students. My setup has office hours on Tuesday 15-19, with 30-minute slots, but as you can see when I try to test my availability (dark interface) nothing is available and October 24 is not even selectable (my students have also confirmed this issue), while if I try as a guest in a private browser window (bright interface), the slots display correctly. Can you help me fix this problem?
Available times are not available on Wednesdays in Bookings with Me
Hello, We have a user that has the same kind of issue as the one who posted here: Bookings Not Showing All Available Times - Microsoft Community. We have verified that the user's availability is correctly configured in both Outlook and Bookings with Me, but no times on Wednesdays are shown as available. We have even had the user completely delete all configured meeting types in Bookings with Me and recreate them. Same issue. Suggestions? Jeremy Hawks
notes field wrong codepage
Hi there, We just set up the booking pages on 2 users in our organization, and when a booker uses the Greek language to write the Notes field, we receive the characters in web format: ΑΒΓΔΕΖΗΘΙΚΛΜΝΞΟΠΡΣΤΥΦΧΨΩ αβγδεζηικλμνξοπρστυφχψω Here is my booking page: Book time with George Tatsis: book a VIP session We also tested another user with Greek settings and the same behaviour regarding the Notes field content. I tried to find the bookings with me settings, I ended up to Office 365 settings where everything looks good. Any ideas? I appreciate your support, George
