Hello folks, I am new here. I need some guidance. I was helped by a wonderful MS agent to help me archive my old email with a policy. But for some reason it has not worked and wiped out all my older emails than 3 years. They were very important ones to me and memories of my dad as well as legal documents and email trails. I am really stressed and cant find a solution. Any group expert here who can please help me!! I will really appreciate it. Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes will not stay checked. Admin - Exchange - Groups - Select Group - Settings: Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes is blank, I check it and save. It shows saved. I go back into it, it is unchecked. I'm sure there is a Powershell solution but I need this working for basic techs who don't have PS access. Thanks670Views1like2CommentsMessages didn't moved to new folder

We have 4 email accounts that end in *name.onmicrosoft.com that is used for teams account. When we forward a meeting invite to those accounts, it automatically gets sent to trash folder. We looked at setting on outlook.com but can't seem to get it to stay in inbox. Kind of lost where to look next. Would there be a setting in our microsoft365 account or azure account that we could check for? send and receiving emails works as it should but its only when we forward an invite to those address, it automatically gets deleted. any help would be appreciated. Thank you!1.3KViews0likes2CommentsActivate Device Administrator Outlook Android Problem
I tried to sign in Outlook app android using work or school account tenant M365 A and tenant M365 B using personal android. There is no problem when I use account from tenant A, but when using account tenant M365 B it is always asked to "activate device administrator". I also tested using Outlook iOS/iPhone using account tenant M365 B, the result is the prompt does not appear and can log in to use email service. I think this is a policy applied to Intune, but I also confirm that tenant M365 B does not have intune policy and does not subscribe to Intune. I do not know why this happens and I do not want to do "activate device administrator". Is there a way to overcome this, maybe it can be turned off for "activate device administrator", so that the prompt does not appear again?369Views0likes0CommentsWhere is Location data in Outlook retrieved from?
In new Outlook you can set Location for if you are in Office or working Remote. From where are these options retrieved? We can only see Office and Remote but since we are a multinational company we need to have the different offices in the list. Where can we define the list?215Views0likes0CommentsOutlook Desktop Notifications Not Working, But Enabled in Outlook and System Settings
User is on Windows 10 Enterprise. In Outlook > File > Options > Mail > Message Arrival, notifications and banners are turned on. In System Settings > Notifications, notifs are on, Outlook is allowed, and banners are turned on. Focus assist is off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Weirdly, I wanted to check if a rule was causing this so I tried to get into the user's Rules and Alerts, but it won't open. That's when I tried the reinstall, and it still won't let us in that section... Any thoughts?!2.8KViews0likes2CommentsRemove / Manage Themes in Outlook for Mac with Intune
I got the following questions form a customer recently: Is it possible to remove Themes in Microsoft Outlook for Mac (Outlook > Settings > General > Themes)? Is it possible to configure and restrict the display of Themes when managing Macs with Intune?356Views0likes1Comment
