M365 Adoption Score - The "Remote Work'" measure doesn't make sense to me
Has anyone here used the M365 Adoption score to help plan and measure a client's adoption journey? I'm reading up on everything and I'm confuse about theRemote Work measure. According to the documentation, people are counted as "onsite" if they spend more than 3 hours in M365 apps per day. So I work from home a few days a week and probably spend 3-4 hours in PowerPoint and maybe Excel. Would I be counted as "onsite" even thought I'm remote? Maybe I'm misunderstanding how this works, so I'm hoping someone here can clarify. Right now, this seems like a flawed measure to me.Anyone Know IF or WHEN Microsoft will fix the bullet-point bug in Teams?
I'm certain many/most of you have come across the bug I'm referring to. If you're not, there is a bug in Teams chat and Channels where using the keyboard dash [-] to start a bullet list will.. use the wrong bullet level, and.. post the message when you press [ENTER] instead of starting a new line' The only workaround is to manually select the bullet list option from the formatting bar. Not a great look for Microsoft when I have to train users on Teams. I haven't seen any acknowledgement of this bug from Microsoft since it started last fall, so I'm curious to see if anyone knows more about this.Service Health Notification: SharePoint Look Book Provisioning

Manual implementation of the M365 Learning Pathways webpart can be accomplished done and instructions exist in our documentation (https://aka.ms/M365LPDocs). There is no impact to currently operating customers, previously provisioned templates or streaming content for Learning Pathways. There is no current workaround for site template provisioning. Expected Resolution: February 4, 2022 or earlier
Importing font awesome CSS into web component (FASTElement)

This is probably answered somewhere but I am not coming up with it. If I copy one of the Microsoft playlists that is being updated by Microsoft and then add my own content to it, as its designed to allow me to do so, will the Microsoft provided content in the copied playlist be updated automatically, like it is to be in the original playlist or not? We’ve heard from admins that one way to achieve this is with product tips and training content that their users can quickly use. This content often is available at the Office 365 Training Center , but users must currently seek it out themselves—and too often, they don’t. Email for product tips and training is coming The new email content from Microsoft will include only tips and training relevant to products and services you have enabled for your users. Be assured that we will not send your users sales, marketing, or advertising messages. Here is an example of a training email. Phased rollout We recognize that smaller organizations are juggling different priorities and often their IT admins wear multiple hats. That’s why we’ll start by sending the email communications to subset of customers that have Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium, andsubscriptions in the US and Australia. If you are an administrator for an organization that is part of this rollout, you’ll receive a notification in the Message Center, as well as an email reminder seven days before the first training tips email is sent to your users. Please note that you will be notified by the message center before the first training email is sent to your users. All training emails will only be sent from MicrosoftOffice365@email2.office.com email address. Admin is in control As the administrator for your organization, you’re in control. You have the flexibility to unsubscribe from these emails at any time on behalf of your organization by switching the ‘End User Communications’ setting to Off in the admin center. You can always subscribe later by changing the setting to On. Follow these steps to unsubscribe your organization from the training emails: 1. Sign In to the admin center 2. Hello, my organization has been using Teams for a while now but with little to no governance with the expected results. I would now like to do some standardization of the available third party apps but for that I would need to know what is being used. Is there a way to find out what apps are installed in what Teams?
