I just upgraded my MS 365 Basic to Personal and added a Copilot Pro license. When trying to access Copilot from PPT (running off my PC after I upgraded all the apps), it doesn't show. Support indicates that I need to use Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel. My apps are set to Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel. To change it, I need to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. As my license is a personal license, I cannot access the Admin Center. How can I fix this issue so that I can access Copilot from my apps without having to run off the web?26Views0likes4CommentsMDO query of EmailEvents is not accepted in the flow which is why causing the badgateway error

The only thing that I truly hate about Windows (from Windows 7 to Windows 11) is that I have to keep selecting categories like "date" and "type" when I am listing files. I have contacted Windows about this and they show me how to select default categories for specific directories, but the categories that I select never stay put. Eventually, those same folders for which I specify defaults will show up in some circumstance requiring me to add (or re-add) the categories that I require. And there is often no rhyme or reason to the categories that Windows displays. They will almost always show me "contributing artist," for instance, which I never require. But they will often NOT show me any date category, which I always require. They will sometimes even show me a "#" field but no "type" or "date" field. Even if my category defaults would always work, I would still have to keep adding the "date" and "type" fields that I want to new directories, and I am often creating new directories. Is there no way to tell Windows once and for all to always show me, say, a "date modified" field and to always show me "type" when listing files? It would save me a great amount of time in the long run. Attached is a random example of the sort of Windows directory listing that I am talking about. In this case, Windows shows me "Album," a category which I NEVER need, but does not show me "type" or "date," which I always need.7Views0likes1CommentChanging the font type is not done through cleartype windows 11

I created an agent in M365, including its name, description, instructions, and required actions. The agent is properly tested in Copilot Studio and published, but it is not visible in the M365 Copilot agent list. Interestingly, one agent is visible while the other is not, and I am unable to determine the issue.256Views0likes2CommentsUnable to map a WebDAV share
I use a WebDAV share used by multiple people that use macOS and Linux laptops when out and about. The macOS and Linux users have no issue whatsoever mounting the WebDAV share but, I'm unable to map it to a Drive in Windows 11 as I get login failures. The WebDAV share uses TLS and basic authentication and uses self signed CA and web server certificates. I have imported both certificates into the trusted Root store on my windows 11 laptop and therefore, they are now trusted. When I attempt to map the share using the File Explorer, I'm prompted for and enter the correct credentials but, the mapping fails due to a login failures. I'm entering the correct credentials. I can login to the share using Microsoft Edge and there is no problem with the certificates or the credentials but mapping always fails. I had this same issue in Windows 10 and hoped an upgrade to 11 would fix but it hasn't. So what's the problem with mapping WebDAV shares in Windows 10/11? Any ideas out there? thanks for the help John email address removed for privacy reasons8Views0likes0Comments
