Help with accessing past employee personal accounts tied to biz billing
Hi Microsoft team, a rep from Commerce billing directed me here for answers. We have a team member that established a personal account with a business credit card that left the company over a year ago. The business card was recently charged for this personal account. We do not have access to this personal account that was set up using an old employee email that has been since deleted over 1 year ago. We are struggling to get into a personal account where the charge in question is connected to our business billing and the since deleted business email. We need to access the account and see the information. The error says account does not exist. Can you please help us resolve this?27Views0likes2CommentsWord to PDF makes table don't recognize in Edge.

My account got hacked, i dont know how but im sure 2fa is turned on and hackers still got in. I dont understand why there wasnt any emails about it going through my email that someone logged in in my microsoft account. I had things connected to that account such as school and some game like minecraft. Currently my java minecraft is non existence and is deleted from minecraft forever because i cant find it in namemc, but my xbox gamer tag is still alive so it also confirms that it indeed had an association with my account before. The hacker changed the email of my account that cause my email to be non-existence in the microsoft system. (This is very huge flaw of microsoft, i hope before we do any changes in the account, it is first confirmed in the email address if this email should really be added to that microsoft account) But i do have evidence that it was indeed associated with it before the hacker change the email and its even confirmed by microsoft website, i also got the full email of the hackers email that was used on my account. I tried everything from contacting support to the account recovery form. But nothing works, i tried cursing the fake email of the hacker that was currently occupying my account, but recieved no response. I am in dilema on what to do now, this account has been with me ever since my email was created. I just hoped that i get it back, i could provide evidences. But its been getting ignored apparently.1.5KViews0likes4CommentsAccess Denied: Development Pathways Restricted by Protocol BARRIERS_MX-502
Microsoft Build 2024 was anticipated with excitement, but the reality was more disheartening. Valuable tools and learning resources, discussed extensively at Build, remain inaccessible to many developers due to restrictive access requirements. Accessing Microsoft's development pathways has become increasingly difficult for independent developers, particularly with the introduction of Copilot Studio. Despite the excitement around its potential, the requirement for an organizational 'work' or 'school' account creates a significant barrier. Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, necessary for these organizational accounts, are not feasible for many individual developers due to their cost and the nature of their work. Additionally, the alternative—an MSDN subscription—is not a practical solution for everyone. This situation leaves many developers unable to experiment with and utilize Copilot Studio and other advanced tools. The frustration is palpable, as independent developers are effectively excluded from accessing resources that could enhance their skills and contributions. At this year's Build conference, the excitement around new tools and features quickly turned to disappointment for many. The realization that these tools were out of reach due to restrictive access requirements overshadowed the innovations presented. This practice seems inconsistent with Microsoft's open-source philosophy and its stated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive developer community. It’s a frustrating reality for many developers who are eager to learn and innovate but are hindered by access barriers. Moreover, this exclusionary practice contradicts the principles of Responsible AI Practices. By restricting access to advanced development tools like Copilot Studio, Microsoft is inadvertently creating a divide that hampers the inclusive growth and ethical deployment of AI technologies. Ensuring broad and equitable access is crucial for the responsible advancement of AI, and current policies need to reflect this imperative. Barriers hinder innovation. Well what a complete shambles this experience has been. Microsoft’s customer service is a complete and utter joke. I have a client who runs office 365 and has forgotten her password and upon trying to get it reset, we have no idea who the alternative email or phone number belongs to. I have submitted numerous recovery forms with proof of last sent emails and everyone of them keeps getting denied. The business relies on their emails and they have no been without emails for over a week and I personally have spent 2+ hours per day on the phone with Microsoft and and I just keep getting panned off to the next person (I counted 8 different people on one phone call) and eventually the phone hangs up. anyone any idea as to how to go about this? We have a user that is getting hundreds of Spam/Junk email in just a matter of hours. I have verified this account isn't sending any or has unusual account activity. EOP doesn't seem to be doing much at all. I created a custom Spam policy to try and snag more of these, but it doesn't appear to change anything. Most, if not all of the emails are account creation verifications, or some kind of welcome message. These messages are coming from all over. I've been working on this problem for a few months now and the 365 techs just don't seem to have the knowledge base or will power to assist. Even to the point where Zoho techs have proven to me that the issues is very clearly on 365's receiving end. I'm trying to escalate the issues in hopes that i can get a 365 tech with some real skill. The problem is that I want to integrate my zoho forms with 365 excel. The option is clear on the Zoho end. I have done this previously with Google with no problems. I have two email accounts associated with 365 one works ( the one that I'm wanting to get rid of) and the other doesn't (my main global admin). I've even tried to set up meeting with both sides to only have the 365 techs not even show up. Zoho has even provided me with video and explanation that clearly indicates that the problem is with 365 receiving. new levels of irritation and wasted time trying to resolve this problem.366Views0likes2Comments
