Meetings Rooms in Teams User Activity Data (Meetings Organised vs Meetings Participated)
I tried searching for this questions on the forum but haven't been able to find anything related to Meeting Rooms (MMRS). We got few Meeting Rooms (MMRS) setup in business which helps us to collaborate with clients and attend meetings and I wanted to check if we are getting enough usage out of them for the investment we made. I see there are 2 data points in Teams User Activity export which gives information on Meetings Organised vs Meeting Participated. Usually, when you want to attend a meeting from these rooms I need to book, and they get recorded in Meetings Organised but what about Meeting Participated? Usually, you can go in and plug the cable and start the meeting from the room and I think they will show up in Meetings Participated. We have 2-3 boardrooms where you can't go just to attend the meeting, but it is still showing Meetings Participated > Meeting Organised. Can someone tell me on what basis the Meeting Participated is calculated on or what does that actually mean in this scenario?How to disable the option "Only during the meeting" (formerly Without transcription) tenant-wide?
Testing on MS Teams calls has shown that the option "Only during the meeting" (which used to be called "Without transcription") results in some parties not being informed they are being "listened to" by M365 Copilot. These parties include anyone joining from a tenant that is different to the hosting tenant, those that dial in and any joiners from an iOS device. This is unethical so we'd like to turn off the "Only during the meeting" tenant-wide. How can we do this?
Teams license cost for two main services
Hi, I need Teams to do two basic things for our company. Create a minute after a reunion and translate the languages of the reunion if they speak a different language. I read that we need the Premium license for Teams but I don't find the the cost. Much appreciated for your help with my questions.
Unable to use my another account as From address to send a Teams invite
I work with two accounts on Teams, schedule meetings using both accounts. Surprisingly when I select the first account to schedule a meeting, MS Office chose the second one but the link to teams meeting attached is of the first account. Issue depicted below. In my calendar, several users can sign up for a meeting, but only one. If a meeting is already selected, another user should not be able to select it. I have configured several meetings of 15, 30 minutes, and 1 hour in my calendar. I send the booking link to users so they can choose the time to reserve the meeting. The issue is that in some cases it works and in others it doesn't, allowing a second user to choose a meeting that is already booked. This forces me to cancel and assign another time. Can you help me with this?
