I have been tasked with creating a Yammer (and Microsoft Teams) maturity matrix. The aim is to indicate the level of control our organisation might have over Yammer at the beginning of the rollout and then what we should be aim toward with regard to best practice.
For example, at the beginning we might only allow administrators to create groups. But Best practice might say that ultimately we should have it open for anybody to create groups but have some controls or guidelines in place to reduce administrative burden.
Has anybody created a matrix like this before? If not, would you mind sharing the stages of control you went through to get from implementing the system to the best practice stage you are at now?
