Yammer enable profile editing

How can I enable profile editing (I am an admin)?

This would be especially important on our Yammer external network

The problem is my users are getting an error message when they follow these steps

"Your admin has disabled profile editing."

I am the admin, and I want to enable profile editing. How can I do this?
