I am the network admin for my organisations Yammer. However, there does not seem to be an option to configure everyone's email settings. We are trying to significantly reduce email traffic but this is doing the opposite at the moment.
Even after showing users how to change their email notification settings, some users are still getting emails they shouldn't be, from groups they are not even apart of.
In the example below, one user got an email saying another user 'replied to you' when she did not and he is not even a member of that group? He is a network admin but surely this should not make any difference and plus, he has all his notification boxes unticked.
Has anyone else experience similar problems with the email notifications?
