Hello there,
I’m one of the Community Managers for Yammer at ANZ. I’m curious to know if any of you have (or have heard) any case studies where Yammer has helped frontline teams/sales teams share wins and lessons to improve customer experience, preferably also increase sales or customer satisfaction scores, etc?
For example could be a Sales team in Japan discussing a client win on Yammer where they share knowledge with their team in other geographies and learn from each other - what worked for this customer, what did not work, how can we improve and become more innovative, what can we do differently next time?
Would love some examples for a stakeholder I’m trying to ‘convert’ can anyone help?
