How are you? I'm looking for information about Yammer analytics, specifically for individual posts. Since I don't find available information and I would like to be able to use the available information possible in my power bi boards

You can view Conversation Insights for any conversation. But I don't believe that Yammer has native integration with PowerBI.

@Kevin Crossman is correct, you only have the conversation insights in Yammer out of the box. There are several 3rd parties that make detailed reporting solutions for Yammer which are aimed at Internal Communication teams in companies to understand how Yammer is being use and drive engagement. Two companies I have worked with are Swoop and and CardioLog before.

These tools are a big investment however.
