Is there a resource for them to understand some of the terms? I'm looking potentially for a glossary or reference guide for people new to Yammer. Many thanks for anyone who can point me in the right direction.

Hi Britt, you'll find a great set of Yammer resources here such as the Yammer End User Training Guide. Also check out the Productivity Library including the resources in 'Connect your organization'. Hope that gets you started.
