What does a message look like when a users profile is deleted ?

Are there any screenshots available for what a message thread looks like when:

a) a users profile is hard-deleted

b) a users profile and data is hard-deleted (presumably the thread doesn't include the reply and you couldn't tell?)

@Anthony_Ciavarella I don't have examples of hard deletes. But when someone has left our organisation their profile is removed, but their posts remain. Their Name stays with the post and their avatar is replaced by the default initials. The screenshot I have included shows two people who are no longer in our Yammer network (2+ years)
