Hello,
Our company uses a third-party analytics tool, which allows us to update our attributes (business unit) through a pivot table process by referencing our existing Yammer user emails & ID. Unfortunately, when I try to use the user export, it lists several terminated employees as active. Any ideas on why that is occurring?

@Dinorah Flores Do the users show as active in other parts of M365 (e.g. in email, Teams)? If not, sounds like a sync issue between M365 and Yammer, in which case I would escalate to Microsoft support.

@Kevin Crossman I don't have Admin Center access, but I can check with someone who does, so that gives me a place to start. Thank you!
