Restrict post in all company

I am trying to follow the directions here,  to restrict who can post in all company.  I am in native mode.  I don't see the ellipses for more options and in classic i don't get the gear for the all company group.

Does anyone else get this to work.  Not sure what I am missing.

@Jeff Williams  I don't think this ability has been unlocked for most/all/some Yammer networks.
