Two questions:
1. We have lower "Seen Counts" on some important messages. Is it possible that the messages are being seen but somehow not counted? The only thing I can think of is the Web Part on our intranet home page. If people read there, are the "Seen Counts" incremented? The reason I think they might not be is that the Seen Counts are not shown there either.
2. Is there a way to know how many people have the Yammer App installed on their phone? Or said another way, do any of the Yammer reports show what device or browser is being used?
