How can we reset Yammer and move from native mode to hybrid mode?

Dear Community,


We are in the process of introducing Yammer to our company. However, some time ago Yammer was set up in native mode. As a result, we can no longer invite external customers and suppliers to our Yammer network.
We have seen that we can create external networks, but these networks do not offer all the desired and needed features.

Apparently, instead of native mode, it is possible to set the hybrid mode (internal and external users).
We would also be willing to reset everything and start all over again.

Can anyone help us?

I am pretty sure that native mode is a one way street you can't return from. Best to contact Microsoft support and/or your account team.
