How can I invite external users?

I heard on Microsoft Ignite today that you can cooperate with external users on Yammer, but I cannot find any resources on this, except really ones about external networks. Dows anyone know how to do this?

I cannot add guest users in my Yammer network, so something is not working as I should I guess. We also have problem locating the All Company feed for embedding in SharePoint (via modern interface, add web part Yammer conversations), it just does not show up as an alternative source. I think both of these problems might be due to a bug that occurred when Microsoft switched to O365-connected groups, the functionality somehow gets mixed up for lack of better words. :) Or maybe I am over-analysing things ...
