Error submitting votes in polls

We're suddenly getting an error when submitting votes to polls. It's happening in multiple groups, public and private, all users (I'm getting it as a global admin).

"There was an error submitting your vote. Please try again."

Has anybody run into this before?  I couldn't find anything on Google.

Getting the same message in our tenant as well.  Any feedback?

Phil, the issue resolved itself after an hour or two - never did figure out what was causing it.
