Hi All,
I am looking for some pointers to capture all the all the yammer posts of my organisation in real time
and perform some text filter.
For Eg,
If anybody in my organisation post anything which contains words "XXXX", "YYYY" words , I should able to filter it
I should be able to do this after they post in the conversation, It is also fine if i can capture an hour after the post.
Any pointers will greatly help
Regards
John

SolutionHi!
You can use a yammer connector in Teams or Groups and filter for keywords to get a notification there, when specified keywords triggers
Also read this about keyword monitoring in Yammer:

Adam's idea of using a connector into Microsoft Teams is a good one. The keyword monitoring he mentions is something you can use if you are a verified admin. You can get an email sent to you (or to some service account - to my knowledge only ONE email address can receive the email) whenever a specific word is used.

We are using the Yammer keyword monitoring for swear words and patterns such as debit and credit card numbers. Pity there is only one email address available in Yammer as we have different actions to complete depending on the type of info monitored. Currently the alert is sent to our Service Desk who then create email rules to different recipients.
