Hi
I thought I would try to get our company using Yammer.
We must have activated it a couple of years ago and never used it.
I logged in and tried to upload my company logo in the Network Admin settings.
The preview image does show up after I do the upload.
However, when I press the Save button, I get a 404 page not found. The page it tries to take me to is yammer.com/ourcompany.co.uk/admin/process_customize
Further to that, I then enabled the New Yammer, and migrated to M365 Native mode, since we had no data in it anyway (and I presume this is the way forward), In the new Yammer I tried to update the cover photo at the top. It says it failed to upload, every time, and in the browser console I can see an HTTP 500 is coming back from the ajax request, please see below
Any ideas ?

@carlfarrington I have the same problem with the 'process_customize' page. I get a "You've hit a 404 page, but keep believing!" message. Hardly comforting!

Any luck? I updated our logos on our demo tenant a few weeks ago with no issues, but now when I try to update our production yammer tenant, i am getting those same 404 errors.

I still get the 404 when trying to change those images.
I'm not even sure where they're supposed to show up, which is why I thought I'd set them and see. It's basically number 2 in the 'get started' checklist that appears on the front of the Admin page.
I have been able to change the 'cover image' in the 'New Yammer' finally, and my badges / avatars have showed up after a typically-Microsoft 48 hour delay :rolleyes:
I spent a few hours trying to find out how to create Events yesterday, since one of the main tabs in the New Yammer is 'Events', where it says "There are no events, check back later". I can't see any way to add events. Events would probably be one of the things we might find useful in Yammer.
Overall, not a great experience thus far.

Thanks for the response. It seems like it is totally a bug on Microsoft's side. I just went back to my demo tenant and now I can no longer update the log there either and I could a few weeks ago. Not that it's super critical, but I may open a ticket on it. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
As for where it goes.. See screenshot below. In the New Yammer, the logo goes where the red circle is on the right side. The header logo (i think that's the 2nd option) goes where I have the red circle in the upper left. However, you don't seem to ever see the header logo as the 'New Yammer (Preview) bar covers it up.

Events are Teams Live Events, so if you're a Teams shop, and if you have the policy enabled to allow yourself to schedule Live Events, it should let you do it. A Create Live Event button should show up in the right column if you have them enabled.
