Yammer REST API to find users file upload/download/view activities

Is there a RESt api which will provide users file upload/download/view activities?

Similarly for Notes activities

Upload - yes.  The export API will give you all the data, including the who, what, & when of file uploads.  Ditto for notes.

Views and consumption - not so much.  There are analytics included in the admin console, and there are 3rd party tools that give you some visibility.  My understanding is that viewing a .gif file can be gathered.  But Yammer doesn't yet have a REST API that gives you activity data.

Is the "seen count" or something similar available via rest api? our internal comms department is asking us for a count of "file views" hence checking.
