How to grant Yammer admin access via APIs

Is it possible to grant admin access to a user using APIs? If yes, then which apis can be used to achieve it?

I mainly need this in order to allow user to post announcement in network's All Company group which is possible only if a user is a network admin.

@Prashant Gupta It's going to be in one of the undocumented APIs, if at all.  Probably something like https://www.yammer.com/api/v1/admin/set_admins.
