There may be many people that feel empowered by allocating their skin tone to a thumbs up emoticon, but there would also be many people that find the concept of an ethnic/race based thumbs up a classical 'Critical Race Theory' provocation. I won't be utilizing Yammer. Thanks for the feedback.
